I'm really liking the new management. The wobbly tables have been replaced by actual tables. The food is better than it's ever been. They make the corn tortillas on site and you can rent their space for parties.
I cannot stress enough that the food has never been better and the presentation makes it taste even better. It's a better overall vibe and I enjoy my meal more than I used to.
Less food and price increased. Also the servers are eating ???? when they work, that is not professional. Worst attitude. We just ordered chilaquiles /// poor portion and expensive ???? ????if they increase price they should keep same portions

Everything was good until I found pieces of plastic in my food. Don't recommend this place for that reason only. Hope they hire competent workers to ensure safety of the food they serve. Elvis the server was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. But they couldn't come up with an answer as to what or how the plastic got into my food. I was half way through the plate when I found the plastic scattered in the sauce. It was my first and definitely last time here. I hope I didn't unkowingly eat any of those pieces. The server recommended me the chilli rellenos unfortunately after biting into hard plastic I must say they were awful.

Clean place. Tortillas are made by hand. Food is good and not too expensive
Love this place-the food is great, everything is so fresh and served hot! It is one of my favorite restaurants in LA! I recommend the mole, fajitas suprema, and the pozole (which seems to be super popular here!). Just be careful because there are multiple restaurants called La Morenita in LA-you have to double check google maps!
