Went in for a haircut, I did not have an appointment but they accommodated me. I asked the hairdresser to fix the terrible hair cut I received a few weeks earlier at lemon tree in PJS . She said she would try it now looks even worse than before. I feel disrespected and violated and cannot trust anyone to cut my hair again.
Great salon, have used many of the girls to cut and color my hair and don’t have a complaint of anyone of them. All professional and great at what they do. Recommend 100%
I was initially very excited to get my haircut and highlighted at salon aura. When i was booking my hair appointment, i was called back the next day. After explaining that I had been to previous hair dressers that have done a subpar job on my hair I was reassured about what could be done with my hair. Everyone was nice and friendly.
Fast forward to the next night I noticed horizontal stripes in the back of my head (which were not there prior to the appointment). I only saw this after the salon was closed and left a voicemail explaining that i was displeased with how my hair turned out. I expressed that I would like to have my hair fixed and asked for a return phone call. It has been several days later and no return phone call or attempts to rectify this has been made. I had to go to another salon in order to have my hair not appear to have the stripes and avoid embarrassment. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this salon.
I’ve never had such a bad job done on my hair before. I usually always go to the same stylist but unfortunately I needed my hair done last minute and thought a balayage was a common thing done these days so it would be hard to mess up.
Jackie did my hair and it looked fine at first then a couple of days later someone pointed out the back of my hair to me. Horrible.
When i called and explained the issue to them they asked me to come in but why would i trust them touching my hair again? The cut was even bad after clearly stating i don’t want a “v” cut she cut my hair into a v.
I’m not someone who complains usually being that im usually low maintenance with my hair. But do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
This was my first time there. I love this salon the staff is great, place is super clean and friendly. Jackie was my hairstylist and she did a fabulous job on my hair. She did Carmel highlights to help cover my gray hairs snd dyed rest brown. Plus she gave me a beautiful cut and styled it. My husband loved it and said he got his young wife again. He was so sweet couldn’t stop taking pics of me. Well I will definitely be going back there and asking for Jackie again. The prices too were fair and worth Every Penny. Can’t say enough of how happy I was today.
Such a friendly environment. The girl Karen that shampoo my hair is so nice. The hairstylist, Jessica, did a great job listening to how I wanted to cut my hair. Very profesional and she’s so sweet! Totally recommend her.
I love this hair salon! Danielle is awesome and she gives me a great cut! It is clean and the owner is very sweet. When you walk in, everyone acknowledges you and they make you feel like they have known you a long time, which is nice. When I call for an appointment, they are always kind and accommodating. I never feel rushed. This is a brand new salon, so no gross hair stuck in the sinks. The owner did a great job! I recommend them highly.
My mother and sister have come here for years. As a guy this was my first time getting a haircut outside of a barber. So grateful I went to see Jill ..who not only did an amazing job but also helped me find the best products to restore my damaged hair. Not once has a Barber ever pointed out my dry damaged spots or been as helpful as Aura. Thanks again Jill! Will definitely be back.
