10/10 experience! My nail lady was Rose. She made great conversation. She gave me a little space heater while my toes were drying because it was drafty inside. She wrapped my toes in plastic wrap to protect my new French Tip pedicure because I had to put shoes and socks on. She was the sweetest.
Second time in a row Duc has messed up my nails… picture was up for him to go off reference and they still came out wrong size, shape, and the design isn’t even near accurate. Doesn’t help that he doesn’t engage in conversation either :/ the girl is always nice and does a good job but he always rushes my nails and ruins them
Update: was told to soak off nails & she would redo my full set. Got there at the appointed time & was met by Duc Tran who got aggressive with not just me but my fiancé. Kim did nothing but allow him to be aggressive and demeaning for no reason. Ended up just getting our money back. Would not recommend, will never be back.
Not sure why such bad reviews, my daughter and I had a great first time experience. We were spontaneous walk-ins. We both decided on a matching full set gel with a design. Waited less than 10 mins and Duck did a fantastic job! Highly recommend :)
Had an appointment set for 1pm, when I arrived they knew nothing of the appointment. I made it on facebook and showed then the confirmation and they acted as if they didn't even know the place was called la nails. Good luck. Don't make an appointment just walk in
Just a terrible service i got my toes & i got cuts on my toes from them filling my toe nails!! Got my new acrylics even more terrible the guy that did my nails didnt even try to do them to look good. my nail polish is coming after 5 days & i got gel. They look fat because he used so much nails polish & acrylic! Did even cover my whole news with paint of it theres some spots that aren’t painted!! Also, almost forgot to mention he didnt even ask what shape i wanted my nails.
Whoa were do I start, yesterday morning I was taking my granddaughter out for a day of shopping with manicure & pedicure. First off she went to ask my gd what type of nails she wanted. They are very forceful to always add nails which many don't need. Kim told me she had to do my granddaughter nails first and she had to call her cousin for my gel nails which would take 45 min. Okay I will soak my feet and wait. A white lady came in after 20 min of waiting she ask how long it was going to be. Kim told her 20 or 30 min. The tech arrived and Kim and the man started speaking on their language. I said here we go. Kim turn to me saying the lady had a appointment and ask her to call the technician and it was his day off. I told her that was untrue and only time you was on the phone was calling about me and my granddaughter. How can she be first when we was here and she didn't have a appointment the white lady was only getting her feet done. This was a horrible experience and I let them know I didn't appreciate what had taken place. The white lady said her time was short i said my time is short to . This not your faught they do thisvto black people all the time. I promise you this will never happen to me again because my voice will be heard how we treated in these situations with nail shop owner which many are non blacks but overcharge us dont go to school ro be nail tech. This was horrible i walked out but to save my granddaughter i let her finish getting her nails done. It was a horrible experience for her to witness in front of her. I won't recommend this place. They wouldn't her even 1 star.
I am giving 4 stars only because I just left the nail shop....so the experience was wonderful...Kim was really informative and a wonderful person.I got the dip powder...if it works out well I will definitely give La Nails 5 stars!
Very patient and thorough about their expertise with nails and pedicure.
