Hon was amazing !! He made me feel very comfortable & made sure I was alright. He did amazing on my nails. The only thing they need to work on is NOT using the same utensils they used on the customer before. His poor nail buffer was damaged and needed replaced! The drill bits should be replaced after EVERY customer & start cutting the nails down & cleaning the nails as well. But overall everything was good !
I have been going here for years and I will continue. I was able to get waxed by Ann and get a pedicure without any wait or confusion. Ann is quick and awesome! The massage chairs are great but Ty's hands worked wonders on my feet. My feet were sore going in but I felt like I was walking on air when I left!
Very poor service. My technician didn't trim my cuticles. I had to tell him to put a base coat on. I even asked for assistance from another technician to help me communicate with him, to no avail.
Very unsanitary. Staff person literally picked up and used the same cheese grater tool my technician used on another customer - WITHOUT SANITIZING IT! Didn't even run it under some hot water! Disgusting.
I discussed my experience with the manager and he was not bothered, showed no concern, and offered no assistance.

EDIT: the older man always did my pedicure. No issue. Last week the lady that sits in the back did them. She said she usually does fingernails and I see why. I had to tell her twice she was being way too rough. She also cut my toenails too low until I told her to stop. She was on the phone from start to finish. She didnt try to clean up the polish where some got on my skin while she was polishing my toes. I could not wait to get out of her chair. I won't be going back. It was that horrible of an experience. I hope she's better with full sets than she is with pedicures!!!
The older guy who did my pedicure now he did a good job no problems at all. But the younger lady who did my nails attitude was horrible today. This is not the first time her attitude has been horrible. She got mad because I told her she needed to put a white coat under my neon green nails. So She started rushing talking about her next customer was on the way. And I told her I’m paying my money I want what I’m paying for. So she keep on wanting to fuss with me about her time and her next customers. For what I paid she did a horrible job and I will not be returning. I’m sure if she read this comment she going to know exactly who I am‼️‼️‼️????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I only go here for my eyebrows so I can’t give an accurate rating on their other work.The salon is very antiquated and could use some renovation, but it looks decent otherwise. Adequate parking.

I go here to get my lashes and eyebrows done all the time Mrs. Ann is hands down the best...
