Was a loooong time client! Mai and/or Cristina???????????? best in the business, ABSOLUTELY! LOVE THIS PLACE; HAVEN'T BEEN IN YEARS WAS LITERALLY ON MY WAY BACK AND FOUND OUT THEY'RE CLOSED ON SUNDAY IT'S MY BIRTHDAY THAT I TREAT MYSELF TO THE BEST MAYBE I'LL JUST WAIT. . .
Heidi did a wonderful job on my nails! If I lived closer I would go here all the time. Very clean, welcoming, professional environment. Definitely reccomend to anyone who lives around happy valley or clackamas. I got a pink and white ombre coffin nail that was the perfect size and shape for my hands which are small (usually hard to get a flattering length and shape in other nail places). The pink was a very beautiful, natural shade that looks amazing on pale skin tones compared to a more barbie pink I've gotten at other places. If I could give another star I would!
This place does not have good customer service. Both times that I have walked in for service I was told they don't have time. They don't ask if I would like to schedule for a different time or day. They need to take their walk in welcome sign off their window if they are not going to take them. I would not recommend them and would recommend passion nails. They make you feel welcome.
Nancy is the best manicurist I have ever had and I am 80 years old. I recommend the salon to everyone for any of their services!

I came in late and they stayed over an hour to finish my nails and do a pedicure-and still made sure to do a great job! The woman who did my nails asked me what I thought after every step (length, filing, shaping, etc) and if she needed to make any changes before moving on. Finding a good nail salon is so tough but I've had great experiences here so far. This place is an hour away from me but I will still make the drive out because I love their services.
Super great service. Very nice and thoughtful, did an amazing job on my acrylic nails. Tidy and spacious, the salon is pleasant to be in. Artists took extreme care when doing mine and my friend’s nails, but were still able to work quickly. Language barrier was difficult at times but able to overcome.
The first time was good but after that my acrylics have not been glued on well they have come off five times. The lady who did my nails got a phone call and talked on the phone while she was doing my nails!! And she was just talking to her co-workers while doing my nails too! I do not recommend coming here.
