My first set was a success but my next set I broke 1 nail and when I had it repaired and got an infection. This is when I noticed that they do not clean the tools or use a new file with every client...then 3 more broke 1 week I to a fresh set and I'm still fighting the infection. They do a great job but the cleanliness is not up to standards.
Super friendly staff and excellent service on all our nails and extra on my daughter's nails. She wanted some designs that she saw and he reproduced them flawlessly.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon for a fill. First of all, the nail tech was rude. He made me feel as if I was bothering him, but that really wasn't the worst of it. He was really fast, rather rough with the tools, but overall my nails looked OK. I would have even considered going back despite his poor attitude. However, in less than one week, the gel polish started chipping off. Not only on one nail, but on multiple. They looked like trash after one week and it is clear that what they use is of poor quality. Also, my nails were filed super thin. Would not recommend as there are many other better options.
Every time I get my nails done here, staff is rude. Lily the owner always has an attitude.. very unprofessional. She does not talk, she’s just plain rude. I have no idea, how their doors are still open. I only go , because it’s so close to my home. And I tried to give the place a second try. And same attitude from Lily. And don’t come around closing time, she will have a total attitude. Just very unprofessional.. I don’t suggest this place!
Great Service, Priced good, Friendly Environment. I have been a client of Lily's on and off for 15 years. I have even started bringing my daughter 3 years ago (she's 6 now) and they do a great job with her as well. I can walk in without an idea for my nails and they help me decide what to do. Or I can come in with an idea and its executed perfectly. I recommend GiGi Nails to everyone I know.
I love going to gigi's. Lily is amazing & does awesome work. I always call & make an appointment to make sure i get her!! Im hoping they are open soon so i can get my hideous nails done soon!!
Walked in, asked if they accepted walk ins for nail removal, place was empty, they said they didn’t have the time… I said can I set an appointment they said they wouldn’t have time… smh. I won’t be going back.
