Quick Facts About Lee Nails Spa
Lee Nails Spa has received a mix of positive and negative comments, indicating that the strengths and weaknesses of the place can vary. It is important to consider these varying experiences and opinions when evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of Lee Nails Spa.
Starting with the strengths, it is clear that some customers appreciate the experience and attention to detail provided by certain nail technicians. One customer specifically mentioned Jackie's experience and thoroughness in her work, noting that her acrylic nails lasted for almost a month without needing a fill-in. Another customer praised Tina for doing a great job with manicures and designs, recommending her services. Additionally, one reviewer had been going to Lee Nails Spa for three years and had always had a great experience with their services, including nails, waxing, and pedicures. The friendly staff was also mentioned positively by several customers, with quick greetings and friendly service being noted.
The cleanliness of the salon was also highlighted as a strength in some comments. One customer mentioned that the place was lovely and clean, which is an important aspect for a nail salon. Another positive aspect is the well-decorated facility, indicating attention to creating an inviting atmosphere.
However, there are some clear weaknesses that have been highlighted in the comments. One major complaint is the cleanliness and hygiene of the salon. Several comments mention dirty towels, old and rotten machines, and a lack of tool cleaning. One customer specifically mentioned the manicurist leaving gel paint all over their nails, indicating a lack of attention to detail. The mention of a sick employee and the owner eating while walking around raises concerns about health and hygiene practices in the salon.
Another weakness mentioned by customers is the language barrier and lack of understanding. Some customers felt brushed off and mentioned difficulties in communicating and receiving proper service. The salon's refusal to use Google Translate and a "their way or the highway" attitude were also mentioned negatively. This can create a frustrating experience for customers who may not speak the salon staff's native language.
There were also some concerns about the pricing and payment methods of Lee Nails Spa. One customer mentioned that the salon only accepts cash for tips, which may be inconvenient for customers who prefer paying digitally. Another commenter expressed dissatisfaction with the high price they paid for a gel manicure and pedicure, feeling that the quality of the job did not match the cost.
Finally, there were a few comments regarding the lack of talent and poor service from certain nail technicians. Customers mentioned unprofessional and subpar work, such as uneven and jagged nails, which they felt did not justify the price they paid. These complaints suggest a lack of consistent quality and training among the staff.
In conclusion, Lee Nails Spa has some strengths, including experienced and detail-oriented technicians, friendly staff, and a clean environment. However, there are notable weaknesses, such as cleanliness and hygiene concerns, language barriers, pricing and payment inconveniences, and inconsistencies in the quality of service provided by certain technicians. These weaknesses should be addressed by the management in order to improve the overall customer experience and reputation of the establishment.

I had my acrylics done by Jackie. She has a lot of experience and it shows. I could see her attention to detail and yet she was fast and thorough. The first time I did my nails with her , I didn't need a touch up of fill in for almost a month. Just had my pedicure done with her as well (didn't know she did those) and I was very happy. Great job and thorough.
the place is dirty? towels everywhere old and rotten machines, they don’t clean their tools and the lady who gave me a manicure left gel paint all over my nails and rushed through the manicure. They speak about you and laugh about you (i know Vietnamese) . one lady was super sick and coughing and the owner was walking up and down eating a salad. Language barrier makes it difficult to understand especially because you’re brushed off and they don’t care for google translate. it’s their way or the highway! also, need cash for tips— it’s 2022? lol also, it’s HOT in here and no music or TV for $70 mani and pedi with gel nail polish. Ok i’m done.
My experience has always been great. I have been doing my nails, waxing and getting my pedicures done for 3 years now.
Super friendly staff. They greeted me right away. Lora did my nails ????. She hooked me up!!!! I love my nails. She did a great job.. My nails are perfectly proportioned, appropriate sized nail tips & they look really natural. & not once did she nip me or hurt me with the drill. Go to LEE NAILS and ask for Lora
Lovely and clean, Tina does a great job for manicure and designs. Highly recommend.
God awful experience. Talentless nail specialist worked on me and did not deliver. ????
I went to Lee's nails three weeks ago. I recently moved to the area and was happy to see that I had a nail place so close by. I went on a Sunday morning and there were no other customers which is strange for a nail place on a Sunday morning. The facility was very clean and well decorated but that's about the only compliment that I can give this place. The person who did my nails cut up my toes when doing my pedicure. He only did one coat of polish on my feet. I asked for a gel manicure and he did a terrible job. There were huge globs of dried polish at the tips of my nails because he used way too much polish. He also did not clean the polish that had drowned my cuticles. This job was not worth the $60 that I paid! They charge $50 for gel manicure and regular pedicure and they only accept tips in cash so I had to go to the ATM after my nails were done and they didn't have enough change so I had to leave a $10 tip. I do not recommend this place at all.
If I could give no stars I would- I did a short acrylic set with gel polish/no design- I got charged $40 for the service and my nails look like a 2 year old did it. I have to actually file my nails because they are un even and jagged….. too embarrassing to show pics- even more embarrassed that I tipped after being ripped off….. !!!Do not waste your money!!! This place should be out of business.
