It was a nice change of pace. My regular barber was busy so I dropped by and they did an amazing job. Side note, The toxic barbers that used to work there are gone if you haven't been there in 5+ years
If you post that your business is open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. CST then it should be. Great barbers. Poor customer service.
Left the hair length uneven across the top. Went way shorter than I asked, did the opposite of what I really wanted.
I literally just wanted a number 3 all the way around. Edges were good but straggler hairs everywhere on top. Maybe razors were not sharp? Won’t be going back.
Thank you for allowing me to bring my ESA dog into your facility today. I suffer from scalp Psoriasis and really needed to have a short cut. I am also a female Disabled Veteran. So, it was really helpful. The cut is ok too. Thanks again for helping me out today.
I had a appointment for 9:30am and got totally ghosted…. I called and texted and got no response!!!! So unprofessional!!!!!
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Barbershop. I asked Marvin very basic questions about the hair style I wanted and which guard lengths he used so that for the future I could correctly verbalize those exact specs. He was very combative and rude. He didn’t seem to get the concept that I was asking him questions about specs so that I could prepare myself for future interactions with him and articulate those exact specs during future visits. Asked him not to line up the front and he attempted to anyway. Very poor execution. Won’t be back.
The service is fast & friendly I always enjoy getting my haircut here, hopefully they’ll go back to there old prices.
