My first time in this shop it was great but the last two visits was unprofessional. For me to express a error or request and Krissy to say don't look for me to do your nails again. I asked Johnny to do my nails not Krissy (because the last time She rushed her work. Just like this time.) Johnny told me to go to her chair. I'm a very nice person preparing for a funeral and has been up most of the night to be treated like that. I wasn't rude or nasty. I waited my turn.
I will not be back. And I will never recommend anyone else to this nail shop.
To be going there since last April and be treated that way was horrible. And all Johnny said was thats the best we can do. I'm a customer that they cared nothing about losing.
Go where they care because Liberty Nails did not care about me today.
