Quick Facts About Liberty Nails

Liberty Nails place has a mix of positive and negative feedback, which provides insight into their strengths and weaknesses. By analyzing the comments, we can identify several key aspects to consider.
Strengths: 1. Talented and Friendly Staff: There are multiple comments praising the staff members for their skills and friendliness. Customers appreciate when their desired outcomes are met and when the technicians are attentive to their needs. 2. Long-Time Customers: Some customers mention being loyal to Liberty Nails place for several years, indicating that they consistently deliver satisfactory services. 3. Quality Service: Positive comments mention the staff's ability to accurately match reference photos, which demonstrates their attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service. 4. Skill in Acrylic Nails: One comment specifically mentions that they would return for acrylic nails, suggesting that Liberty Nails place excels in this specific service.
Weaknesses: 1. Rude Staff: Multiple comments indicate that some staff members, particularly the one in the first chair, are rude and exhibit poor customer service skills. This can lead to a negative experience for customers and discourage them from returning. 2. Inconsistent Service: Commenters note instances where different technicians provided varying results. In one case, the nails were thick and not filed to the desired shape. Another customer mentioned how the pedicure experience was initially good but ended with a punch to the foot, causing pain and dissatisfaction. 3. Pricing Confusion: A customer mentioned being quoted one price over the phone but charged a higher amount at the salon. This inconsistency in pricing can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a sense of being taken advantage of. 4. Lack of Organization: There are comments about the salon's inability to keep track of walk-ins and appointments, resulting in long wait times and confusion for customers. This lack of organization can negatively impact the overall customer experience.
To address these weaknesses, Liberty Nails place should consider the following strategies: 1. Customer Service Training: The salon should invest in training programs to improve the customer service skills of their staff. Rude behavior can turn away potential customers and harm the salon's reputation. 2. Consistency in Service: Implementing quality control standards is crucial to ensuring that every technician follows the same procedures and delivers consistent results. This can prevent situations where different technicians provide varying levels of service. 3. Transparent Pricing: The salon should be upfront and transparent about their pricing to avoid confusion and unexpected costs for customers. Providing customers with accurate information about pricing will help build trust and prevent misunderstandings. 4. Improved Organization: Liberty Nails place should implement better systems for managing walk-ins and appointments to avoid customer dissatisfaction. This can involve using software or hiring additional staff members to assist with organization and ensuring a smooth experience for all customers.
In conclusion, Liberty Nails place has strengths in their talented and friendly staff, long-time customer base, and quality service in specific areas like acrylic nails. However, they also have weaknesses in terms of rude staff, inconsistent service, pricing confusion, and lack of organization. By focusing on customer service training, consistency, transparent pricing, and improved organization, Liberty Nails place can address these weaknesses and provide a better overall experience for their customers.

Best TL Reviews

Honestly hate making bad reviews but I have to ???? 2nd time coming here and I can’t stand the way the main guy acts . He’s kind of rude (the one that answers the phone and sits in first chair) .
Also, he did my nails first time and my nails were ok. Kind of thick. This time a diff man did my nails. He is rough and also I had to tell him to file my nails down more because they were thick and looked like pistachio shells. They still were bad after I left . I didn’t have more time to sit there and ask to fix more . But look at all the red powder that was left . And they charged me more because he used the powder instead of gel polish . I don’t even want to keep these nails on . I wanted nice looking round nails not these monster so nails lol ugh ????????????????
I drive literally 36 miles just to come here and drive the same back because THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE THIS ONE!! Lily is amazing and always does exactly what you want. Been coming here for at least 3 years, promise I have never walked out of here disappointed
Love love love this place! I’ve been coming here since I was 15 they always do such a great job! I cheated on them once and got all my finger cut up never doing that again lol. They are super friendly and accurate when it comes to matching up a reference photo :)
me gusto mucho mis uñas tengo dos semanas que me las hise y así lucen.como las fotos, si volveria otra ves
Absolutely horrible and not worth the price. Staff was rude, didn't listen. Save your money and your time. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Never going here again.
I was planning to come in and get a full set of acrylics so I called and asked how much the price would cost, I was told $28 and when it was time to pay it was $50!!! The whole process was uncomfortable and I was not satisfied with the outcome. They were crooked, lumpy and not an even shape. I have very small hands so I can understand the struggle but they were rough with the filing process as well. When they were shaping my nails the technician started to file my actual skin which left it red and flaky… Rushy, and was rough with my fingers, no masks, unsanitary don’t waste your time and money.
Horrible customer service, they don’t know how to keep track of their walk ins and appts. Waited for a pedicure and should have been almost helped but other walk ins came in and if they know them they’ll help them instead.
I would have given 5 stars if my foot wasn't punched by the nail technician..
My daughter and I came in for our nails. GREAT service starting out! I have a wound healing on one of my fingers and the male technician was WONDERFUL! Very careful with my finger. Delightful person in general. The woman who did my daughters nails was so sweet! Even gave diamonds on her nails for free. And then I was seated for my pedicure. I asked for a basic #1. And she kept pushing for the bigger priced pedicures and gel polish. I said no Thank you several times. I get it, trying to make money. But the constant push was annoying. She did a great job massaging, she had some muscle behind it and felt good. But when the timer went off she PUNCHED, yes punched, the bottom of my heal 2 times real fast and I yanked my foot away from her in pain. I have bone spurs on my heels, so it was very painful. I was in shock she did that. Never in my life has my foot been punched at a nail salon! She apologized and tried insisting to finish the painting part, but I wasn't having it at that point. My daughter and I paid and left. But I will never come back for a pedicure. NOW, acrylic nails? YES, I would come back. But I wish today went differently... Now I have a sore foot...
