Quick Facts About Lily's Nails & Spa

Lily's Nails & Spa has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. These comments provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment.
Starting with the weaknesses, multiple comments mention the poor quality of the nail services provided. One customer reported that their girlfriend's nails looked "horrible" after getting them done at Lily's Nails & Spa. They further commented that the fingers hurt for days afterwards. Another customer mentioned that their nails didn't turn out the way they wanted and were not very clean. They also observed unsanitary practices, such as using the same tool on another customer before using it on them. One reviewer expressed disappointment in the quality of the nails, stating that their nails were not straight and required additional coats of polish. Overall, these comments suggest that the nail services provided at Lily's Nails & Spa may lack attention to detail and cleanliness.
Customer service is another area that seems to be a weakness for Lily's Nails & Spa. One customer mentioned that the lady who attended to them was rude and unfriendly. They felt that she acted like she was better than the customers and didn't want to do their girlfriend's nails. Another customer shared a negative experience with a particular staff member who had bad reviews. They mentioned that this staff member filed their skin so hard it bled on two different fingers and left their fingertips dry and rough. They also noted that this staff member did not take the time to correctly size the nail extensions, resulting in broken nails. These comments indicate that some staff members may exhibit poor customer service skills and lack attention to detail.
On the other hand, there are a few strengths highlighted in the comments. One customer mentioned that they have been going to Lily's Nails & Spa for almost four years and wouldn't try anywhere else. They love the crew and appreciate their work. Another customer also mentioned enjoying their experience at the salon and being happy with their nails over the years. They noted the friendly environment and mentioned a particular staff member, Amy, who they prefer due to her nail designs. These positive comments suggest that there are some staff members who provide quality service and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere.
In terms of pricing, one customer mentioned that the prices at Lily's Nails & Spa are average. While this comment doesn't explicitly describe it as a strength or a weakness, it shows that the pricing is neither exceptionally high nor exceptionally low, which can be seen as a favorable aspect for some customers.
Finally, there is a mention of long wait times for walk-in customers. One customer commented that they have had to wait for at least an hour when walking in without a scheduled appointment. They mentioned that this issue can be resolved by making an appointment in advance. This suggests that Lily's Nails & Spa may have limited availability for walk-in customers, leading to potential delays in service.
In conclusion, the strengths of Lily's Nails & Spa revolve around some staff members providing quality service and maintaining a friendly environment. However, weaknesses include poor attention to detail, unsanitary practices, and subpar customer service. Additionally, there may be long wait times for walk-in customers. Taking these strengths and weaknesses into account, potential customers should consider their priorities and preferences before deciding whether to visit Lily's Nails & Spa.

Best TL Reviews

My girlfriend went here to get her nails done for a wedding that we were in. The lady was rude, was not friendly at all, and acted like she was better then us and didn't want to do my girlfriends nails. When my girlfriend nails were done they look HORRIBLE and her fingers hurt her really bad after words for days. I could of did a better job my self.
I wouldn't send anyone here to get there nails done. I will not waste any money on this place ever again. ????
Been going here for almost four years and I wouldn't try anywhere else; I LOVE the crew here!!! I wish my daughter and I took pics of our Halloween nails ???????? I personally choose Amy if there's an option, only because she designs the way I enjoy most, but they all do a wonderful job and ALWAYS provide a positive friendly environment. Prices are average, quality and environment are well above!
I got my salons mixed up and came here on accident and got the guy who has bad reviews. He filed into my skin so hard it bled on two different fingers (I really hope he threw away the bloody file), covered my fingertips in acetone or whatever the liquid half of the acrylic is (which left them dry and looking like they're covered in super glue), and used a ton of acrylic leaving the undersides pretty rough. I didn't have any problems last time, just try to avoid him if you come here. EDIT: two of my nails have broken while doing NOTHING that should have broken them. They both broke exactly where he glued the nail extension to my natural nail at the beginning, ie my natural nail did not break. He did not take time to correctly size the pieces he was putting on my individual nails and now I have to pay for TWO nails to be fixed.
I’m not saying this to be snarky or mean I’m just saying it so other people know but my nails didn’t turn out the best and they did not seem very clean. I watched them use a tool on someone else and immediately after use the same one on me! There was also polish on my skin and the lines of the design I got were not very straight. My nails are still pretty nice don’t get me wrong and they’ll fix them for free but I walked out crying and couldn’t believe I paid $50 for them.
I really enjoy getting my nails done here. I've been going for years. Staff has always been very friendly to me and I'm always happy with my nails. Only little gripe is any time I've walked in without a scheduled appointment I'm usually in a chair waiting for at least an hour for my turn. This can be fixed by simply making an appointment but I usually get my nails done on a whim and just walk in. Just be prepared for a little wait if you do walk in.
Lily normally does my nails, she's slower and not as detailed as her husband. He's terrific. They're all fun to chat with very nice. And they really want to make sure you get what you want.
Absolutely the worst nails I have ever recieved. The only reason I walked out was because my mom and 2 year old was in the car and my baby was tired. The younger guy did them. He laid in the acrylic wayyyy to thick, and it isnt even. The shape is not what I asked for. He was very rough and pushy towards me. The air holes are beyond annoying. He couldn't even wait to finish my nails before he grabbed his cigarettes to go smoke as soon as we where done. Please don't waste your money. These are only 2 days old and look like they've grown out for a week. There so bad
Have too say the worst experience I have ever had there. My nails weren’t straight, had to tell them to do another coat of polish so they looked right then couldn’t even do a simple flower on my nails then to charge $45 is crazy. When I get home I will have to fix the crazy mess on my hands.
