Customer service was fine the hair was not. The deep wave is way to tight and it looked nothing like a deep wave would usually look like after installing. I had my hair dresser straighten it in hopes of saving it. That didn't work so well.its only been a week and I'm taking the hair out!! Between the hair and stylish over $300 down the drain.
Beautiful hair @ a great price. 2 bundles, 18 and 20 inches Peruvian wave. It's beautiful, and easy to manage. I've had it for 3 weeks w no problem, usually my hair is a wreck by now and I have to go back to my stylist. Customer service is awesome, and the prices are great. This'll be my go to hair place :-)
Lola's hair boutique has amazing quality and blends very well with my hair. This is my third time returning to the store since I discovered it and I will be back again! I have been able to wash, blow dry, re use and flat iron this hair and it has kept its same texture. The bundles at Lola's are great!
I love this place. The bundles I brought for my birthday last year, started as a pony ( which the girl in shop did for me ), then I wore it as a weave and now I made it into a wig. If that’s not enough I just brought bundles 12” and 14 for a bob. The bob came out amazing. I sent my family members and coworkers to Lola’s on Fulton st. And everyone I sent is satisfied as well. Recently bought the Indian body wave in 22inches. The hair is super soft also they dye hair for a low price. Customer service is very pleasing and professional. They also tell you how to take care of the hair. Great service and great hair.
I just recently brought a wig from the Bedford-Stuyvesant location! I usually buy my hair and wig from vanity box but I decided to give me lola’s a try! Well when I walked in there was no friendly hello! Really didn’t bother me cause I’m really not that friendly, but for those are looking for that it’s not there! I informed the women at the front desk I wanted the bob wig in blonde of which it wasn’t displayed! She walked to the back and came out with a blonde wig! Showed it to me basically still in package! I had informed her I never brought hair from you guys so you think she would take the hair out let me se how it was constructed feel the hair! No I had to ask her for one of the wigs not in the color I want to get a feel of what I was about to spend my money on! Anyway after checking out the blue bob of which I do love the coloring on I told her I would purchase the wig she brought from the back! I felt like the cashier cane off like “she ain’t going to buy nothing” or she didn’t care if I did or didn’t!
I wasn’t aware the price of the bob in store was different then that online because online it was 179.00 and in store she charged 199 plus tax!
I left got in car starte to drive home opened the pretty packing and saw I wasn’t sold the 613 blonde wig which is all the rave this summer but a 27 I read the bottom of the receipt which in bold lettering says no exchange or refunds! I call the store immediately and the cashier answer she informed me only after I left the store “oh that’s the only blonde we have if I had a lighter one I would of brought it out, you don’t want it”
Had the young lady let me see the wig after bringing it out out of its packaging or simply cared about me spending my money in your store, I would have had a better experience!
Had I not had somewhere to go that very night and made my mind to be a blonde for the evening I would have brought your wig back! Other than that I is a nice wig wish it was a full lace wig but for $200 what can you really expect!
Mr. Owen was professional and courteous when my daughter came to make an appointment. She is just learning to handle business (appointments and what not ) by herself and she is comfortable at Lola's! She has been satisfied with her hair everytime we have come. Scheduled appointments are on time!!!!
I have made several purchase from Lola's and I love the quality of their hair and their Sasha Hair is excellent as well. It's soft, easy to manage and it does not shed!!!!! I recommend that you give it a try.
