Quick Facts About Love Nails
Love Nails Place is a nail salon that has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, we will analyze the different aspects mentioned in the comments.
One of the strengths highlighted by customers is the caring nature of the nail technicians, specifically Megan and Charlie. They are praised for their friendliness, kindness, and attention to detail. This indicates a high level of customer service and shows that the salon values building relationships with its clients. Additionally, several customers express satisfaction with the work done by the nail technicians, mentioning that they were able to achieve the desired shape and provide a comfortable environment.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses that emerge from the comments. One recurring complaint is the pricing of services. Customers mention outrageous pricing, inconsistent prices for similar services, and additional charges for simple designs. Additionally, some customers mention feeling rushed during their appointments, while others experienced rough and aggressive service, resulting in pain and soreness. This indicates a possible lack of consistency in service quality and communication between the staff and customers.
Another weakness mentioned in the comments is the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner and some of the staff. One customer recounts a negative experience where the owner yelled and cursed at her boyfriend for a simple request. This behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment for both customers and employees. The sarcastic remarks and unprofessional behavior of other staff members further contribute to a negative perception of the salon.
Furthermore, some customers express disappointment with the longevity of their manicures and the overall quality of the services. One customer mentioned that her gel manicure only lasted three days, which is significantly shorter than expected. This raises concerns about the skill level and expertise of the nail technicians, as well as the quality of the products used.
In terms of the physical aspects of the salon, a few customers mention that the location is undergoing renovations and that new features, such as COVID-compliant manicure stations, are being implemented. While this can be seen as a positive aspect, it is not elaborated upon enough to provide a comprehensive evaluation.
In conclusion, Love Nails Place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The caring and friendly nature of some nail technicians, as well as their ability to deliver the desired results, are positive points. However, the inconsistent pricing, aggressive service, lack of professionalism, and subpar quality of some services are clear weaknesses that need to be addressed. It is essential for the salon to improve overall service quality, customer communication, pricing consistency, and professionalism to enhance the customer experience and build a positive reputation.

They have outrageous pricing! Charged me 80 dollar for and short/medium set with only pink acrylic ( no paint) and 4 fingers of design that took her 10 minutes. She was very ruff, pulling my arm and cut into my skin when filing. All my fingers hurt and are pretty sore from the aggressive service. Also I asked to her make just the pinky shorter and made all of them shorter and left the pinky’s longer than the rest of the nails. The lady sitting next to me seemed to get different pricing, I overheard her asking for similar length and more designs than me and they told her 75. She said they would charger 5 dollar for each finger of design, for 4 of the finger I just wanted a simple triangle french tip like the one in the picture and she said it would be $20 extra just to do that. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, she took about 2 hours as well.
Megan and Charlie are the most caring nail technicians I've ever had. They're the only ones that can get my shape right, they take their time, not to mention they're both extremely friendly and kind! I love this place. Come here and you won't be disappointed.
Charlie(owner/artist) bought this location. It is being renovated as of now, and open. New pedi tubs, and covid compliant manicure stations. He made time and stayed open when I called to come in, and even called someone else in to do my mom's pedi. As we voiced we were trying to hurry. I went to him at a location prior to this. Hes always provided excellent customer service and I can always count on being satisfied and happy when leaving. Def recommend, and will be returning in the future. I can't wait to see it when its finished.
Well the guy who did my nails was nice. I got gel nails and gel pedicure for 90 dollars(I was treating myself for my birthday). The pedicure was nice, but the manicure not so much. During the manicure process he accidentally made me bleed:( and my gel manicure lasted only 3 days!!!!!Which is very unfortunate especially for spending so much money. Save your money and go somewhere else…sorry
I have been going to Charlie since 2017 he always does an amazing job nice shop they offer water and I feel comfortable and also being a heavy woman I don't worry about chairs or feel uncomfortable. I would give 10 stars if I could
megan did an amazing job, very impressed, she took her time and made sure they were exactly what i wanted. will definitely be coming back
The worst pedicure I have ever had. I called to make an appointment and asked the male owner what a pedicure included. He told me $50 for gel pedicure with soak, filing, scrub, massage, hot towel. Nope!! I had to ask the nail technician about the scrub and seemed to have an attitude. She walked away then the owner took over, polished and scrub and started to put my shoes on. I had to ask for lotion… so I never received a massage. I actually cried when I left because I was in & out in 20 minutes. Do not waste your money!!! In my 37 years the worst pedicure ever!!!!
If possible I’d show the video of the owner cussing at my boyfriend for asking the manicurist to fix a jagged edge she left. My manicure is uneven but honestly didn’t think it was worth the time to ask for the correction considering the owner slammed something on his table and walked out. He then came back and dropped several F bombs and tried to involve another girl getting her nails done. All of this before lunging at us like he was going to hit us for asking for a simple request.
You place of business isn’t a place for you to take out you personal issues….you shouldn’t be screaming at a customer who is asking to get what they’re paying for.
The other manicurists joined in on the fun too. One sarcastically suggested we call the police if we have a problem. He also said “if you wanna be dirty that’s your problem”
Our actual manicurist straight up said there’s something wrong with your finger.
Great place of business…definitely understand why people walk out.
