I always come here for my pedicures and they always do a great job. They make sure their work is perfect. First time getting my nails done here and He did such a great job. He took the challenge of drawing the designs and he completed it phenomenally. They made my birthday special.
Lulu is super professional. She did a great job on my mother's pedicure and gel manicure. Do watch out because the manager and lady at cashier will give you surprise service fees. My service was 3 dollars more than advertised in shop. However, I am grateful that we got sweet Lulu who worked so hard and did a wonderful job. This lady knows what she is doing!

Best nails in town in a fun and friendly environment! Tai does amazing work on my nails everytime. Check out the holographic cat eye polish, it is sooo awesome and pretty! I will happily continue to be a loyal customer, and I highly recommend!
Marissa has a terrible attitude and needs to find a different line of work. Do not go see her. Everyone else was very kind and helpful. When she came in to work, the male manager said "Good morning, Marissa" and she grunted under her breath and kept walking. She was then assigned to do my pedicure. She wasn't personable, but I was ignoring that as long as the work was good. One of big toenails had too much nail polish on it and I told her it was running onto my skin. She thin starts using a brush and acetone to get the glob of polish off my skin. She then promptly put more polish on it. When I told her it was still too much there, she rudely said "I'm not done." I then tried to trust the process and went to sit under the fan. After 15 minutes, all of my toes had dried, but the big toe nail was still pooled up with polish. I then told them I wanted that for nail redone. She then said she didn't know which color it was and did not once get up to go find the color. Another worker had to fix her poor painting job. She is awful and very rude.
I’m from Indiana and was in Alabama for a wedding a couple of weekends ago, the night I got into town I broke off one of my acrylic nails. I made an appt online for this salon at 11:30pm and was messaged instantly wanting to know what I needed. I explained my situation and was able to get squeezed in at 9am the next morning. 5 star service - so appreciative. Great salon!
I went to Shoals Nail & Spa today and had the best time! I had a new nail tech named Ruby & she killed it!!! I absolutely adore them! And she was so sweet!
The beautiful ladies that did our nails did a good job. (Marissa, Rudy & Day) The Co owner Tai was very nice. He has a good sense of humor. He greeted us. The total price for us was over $200 dollars for 3 people. Two of us were 1st timers. One of us just needed a fill in plus pedi. I wish Marissa many Blessings in her endeavors & education.
I had the pleasure of Tai doing my nails. He is very friendly and professional. The salon is very clean and inviting. Everyone here are very pleasant, friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning. You will love this salon!!
