Quick Facts About Creative Nails
Creative Nails Place is a nail salon that has received a variety of feedback from customers. After analyzing the comments, it is clear that the salon has both strengths and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
One of the strengths of Creative Nails Place is the speed and efficiency of their service. Multiple comments mention how quickly they were attended to and how the staff handled a large number of customers. This is an important aspect for customers who value their time and want to get in and out of the salon quickly. Additionally, the friendliness of the staff is also highlighted in a few comments. Customers appreciate feeling welcomed and well-treated during their visit.
Another strength that was mentioned is the affordability of the manicure and pedicure services. Many customers were satisfied with the prices they paid for the services they received. In particular, one comment mentions paying only $12 for a gel manicure and $23 for a regular pedicure. Affordable prices can be a major factor for customers when choosing a nail salon, especially those on a budget.
However, these strengths are overshadowed by several weaknesses that customers have pointed out. One recurring complaint is the lack of cleanliness and proper sanitation procedures. Multiple comments mention unsanitary practices such as reused towels, pumice stones, and emery boards. Customers are concerned about the potential for cross-contamination and the risk of infection from unclean tools and facilities. This is a significant weakness for Creative Nails Place as it compromises the safety and well-being of their customers.
Moreover, the quality of the nail services provided at Creative Nails Place is also a major weakness. Several negative comments mention issues with the longevity and durability of their nails. Customers reported their real and fake nails cracking and experiencing pain just a short time after getting them done. These negative experiences not only reflect poor workmanship but also suggest a lack of skill and expertise from the staff. This can be a major deterrent for potential customers who expect quality and lasting results from a nail salon.
Additionally, customer service at Creative Nails Place was highlighted as a weakness. Multiple comments mention rude or disrespectful behavior from the staff. Lack of professionalism and poor attitudes towards customers can create a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere. This can lead to customers feeling unworthy of returning and discourage them from recommending the salon to others.
In summary, Creative Nails Place has strengths in terms of speed, affordability, friendliness, and a relaxing atmosphere. However, their weaknesses in cleanliness, quality of services, and customer service significantly impact the overall customer experience. Addressing these weaknesses by improving sanitation practices, providing better training to their staff, and prioritizing customer satisfaction would greatly benefit Creative Nails Place and help them build a positive reputation in the nail salon industry.

The lady that did my pedicure literally rushed through the whole thing , she didn’t clean the pedicure bowl properly & she’s very rude . Lilly did my nails & after a week & a half , my REAL nails are cracking along with the fake ones & IT IS VERY PAINFUL !!!!! & to say this was my first time going there , i WILL NOT be back!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLLLL !!!!!!
Very professional and quick considering how many people they had in there. Very impressed. Wish we had one of these around where I live. Definitely would recommend. Very kind.
Great! I was quickly attended to and within 5 minutes someone was running water for my feet to soak! The attendant was thorough, taking plenty of time with the leg massage. This was just a thoroughly pleasant experience!
I went to this place before my trip to Miami hoping for some bright simple nails. When they finally got to me they told me they weren’t able to do my nails the length I wanted with SNS DIP. Mind you I’ve gotten my nails like this at MULTIPLE NAIL SALONS. So I settled after waiting for so long for gel and acrylic and my nails are HORRIFIC. The shape is poor & the paint job sucks! It is now 4 days later and my polish turned a brownish color (originally blue). The customer service was disgusting I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
TLDR: Nice staff but highly unsanitary!
The staff was very friendly and the price of my manicure/pedicure was inexpensive. I paid $12 for a gel manicure and $23 for a regular pedicure. I am giving them only one star due to the cleanliness of their facility and procedures. About 5 minutes after my manicure was started, I noticed there was a substantially sized clipped nail (from some customer before me) sitting on my "clean" towel. I mentioned it to my manicurist and he removed the nail and then the towel shortly after. I also noticed that they would shake out the towels onto the floor near at their stations during and after each manicure and put them right back (I didn't really want to think about how many people's cuticles/nail clippings I was walking on..) After the manicurist had clipped my nails and removed my cuticles, he pulled out an emery board from a drawer (obviously previously used) and proceeded to file my nails with it. The length and shape was what I wanted so I was fine with the aesthetics. The gel polishing went fine and I liked the color. I went to sit in the pedicure chair (which was locked in either a much too steep position or much too reclined position- uncomfortable). The pedicurist was nice enough but when it came time to scrub my feet, she took out a pumice stone from a tray she carried over. This pumice stone was - you guessed it- obviously previously used and not packaged whatsoever. After she scrubbed my feet, she gently washed off the pumice stone in my foot bath with some liquid from a soap-looking bottle and put it right. back. in. her. tray. I won't pretend like I know the ins and outs of running a nail salon so I'm not sure if they attempt to sanitize these tools after the rinse in the customers bath- but either way they shouldn't reuse tools that harbor bacteria/fungus.
Usually, I'm not a germaphobe but I feel like when you own a business, you should probably operate by standard, state-issued sanitation practices. At the very least, change out the towels...
Very relaxing place. Taking my daughter get her first pedicure and manicure. So far we are having a great time! Amazing
I walked in yesterday only to be told they don’t do gel refills. The man said they only do dip nails. When did this happen?
I went here for 3 months. October was my last trip here. I made appointments with two people that did my nails perfect. In October, this girl decides she’s going to do my nails. Wrong color, very ugly towards me. Needless to say I didn’t leave a tip and I will not be back. Oh and my nails came off within two weeks. They normally last four weeks.????????
