I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HAIR SUPPLY STORE BECAUSE THEY ARE RACIST!!!
I was refused to try a wig, so I bought my wig without trying. The following week, I saw a white lady trying wigs. Then, I approached the cashier and asked her why I was denied to try a wig one week earlier, She became very defensive and started to accuse me. Also, other employee came in her suport.
Then, I went to the so-called supervisor to complain; however, he took his employees' side and affirmed that l am lying, he trusts or takes his employees word. I was humiliated. I will never go back to this beauty supply store ever again
This place is trash came here yesterday thinking they close at 8 PM got there at 7:35. They’re so called Security had locked the door refuse to let me in then I looked on Google and see that they close at 7:45 so technically, I still had 10 minutes I tried to call and no one answered. Very unprofessional and honestly, they lost out on a decent amount of money that I was about to spend. I only needed 10 mins if that. And they were still a few customers in the store.
Great variety. The store Huge and the is a big selection of items. There's plenty of space to browse and take your time shopping without the clutter
This is definitely one of my Shangri-las! For years, it's been one of my go-to places when I want to explore a plethora of the latest beauty products in a clean, peaceful, and spacious atmosphere. Not to mention the music playing in there! It's always a good time!!! They know how to keep their customers coming back for more!
This store is always closing before the hours on the website say. Several times i’ve come here before closing hours and the store is “closed” it’s ridiculous. I’ve worked retail before and we did not lock the doors until the exact time the store closes. Currently writing this as the store is supposed to be closed at 7pm but the doors are locked.
Great collection of wigs at reasonable prices, also they carry an array of cosmetics and even costume jewelry at great prices ???? they have a private parking lot, so parking isn't an issue, and wheelchair accessible

I’ve started going in a couple of times. I have had a good experience. However, reading other peoples reviews makes me re think about returning. I’m wondering if I need to exchange something or bad quality will I get the same issues. The store response apologize for the issue but, if the issues continues and people keep writing the same issues. Then, I’m gonna have to support my black people and stop going until we find people who will respect and honor our issues.
