EDIT: Returned for another haircut, great service and a perfect cut. Coincidentally I had the same stylist this time, the cut wasn’t rushed at any point and they were very thorough with making it exactly as I’d described, including frequent checks that I was happy with the length. It seems last time was just a bad day, but it’s definitely worth being aware of.
This review is just for my most recent visit. I moved to the area recently and on other visits I’ve been very happy with the treatment and quality of cuts.
On this occasion I asked for a tapered haircut. With a No.3 on the sides and back and some considerable shortening to the hair on top. It started with a wash and then the haircut began, the top was done first and after about 2 minutes. The lady completing my haircut apologised because two of her bookings had just walked in at the same time. The apron was almost immediately removed from me and she started doing final touches on my hair that hadn’t had any length removed from it almost at all. She then stood me up and told me my haircut was done, walked me over to the till and I was charged £18 for an incomplete haircut. I really like this shop and the hair was finished to a pretty good quality. But I was rushed out without being asked if I was happy with the cut. The only time I was asked for feedback was in the length of the hair on the top of my head. Other than up there, I’ve lost less than half a centimetre off of the back and sides on what was supposed to be a significant shave down to size. I understand the pressure to meet bookings. But I would have preferred better treatment. I would have waited on the sofas until someone was available to finish my haircut had I been offered.
Always super friendly, very professional and take good care of you whenever you visit. Not just haircuts but full male grooming, eyebrows, beards, ear hair (ask your dad!) and razor shaving if required. Very highly recommended

Regular place we always go for the boy's haircuts. Although went on a Saturday and it was a flat fee of £17, even for kids. Will stick to weekdays.
