Quick Facts About Nails Pro
Nails Pro Place, located in Lexington, has received a mixed range of comments, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the salon. It is important to analyze these comments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall customer experience.
Starting with the strengths, one customer highly praises Nails Pro Place for their pedicure services. They specifically mention that their feet were repaired to the point where they felt like a foot model. The technician did an excellent job removing calluses, providing a full calf massage, and using hot towels, which goes above and beyond the average pedicure experience. This positive feedback highlights the salon's attention to detail and quality of service. Additionally, another customer mentions that their first experience at the salon was extremely pleasant. They commend the salon for its post-COVID cleaning practices, such as using plastic partitions and promptly sanitizing pedicure stations. This shows that Nails Pro Place is taking necessary steps to prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers.
However, there are several weaknesses that customers have pointed out. One individual had a negative experience with their manicure, stating that their nails chipped after only a few days, even with a base coat and top coat. This indicates that the salon's nail products and application techniques may not be of the highest quality. Another customer expressed disappointment with the salon's overall nail services, stating that the technicians did a poor job that led to chipping nails. This highlights a lack of consistency in the salon's nail services and raises concerns about the skill level of the staff.
In terms of customer service, several comments bring attention to the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of certain staff members, particularly a technician who may be the owner. Customers complain of being treated poorly and feeling disrespected during their visits. This negative attitude from the staff is a significant weakness and can greatly impact the overall customer experience.
Another customer shares their dissatisfaction with the salon's timing and service allocation. They arrived on a Sunday for a fill-in but had to wait while other customers were taken before them. Additionally, they mention that one technician had her baby in the salon, leading to disruptions and distractions during treatments. This lack of organization and professionalism creates a chaotic atmosphere for customers and negatively impacts their overall experience.
Some customers also complain about the cleanliness of the salon. One individual accidentally dropped something on the floor and found it to be filthy, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. This could potentially be a health hazard and raises concerns about the salon's overall maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Lastly, pricing was mentioned as a weakness by one customer who felt that the prices at Nails Pro Place were outrageous compared to the quality of the services provided. This suggests that the salon may not offer good value for money and might need to reevaluate their pricing structure.
In conclusion, the strengths of Nails Pro Place include their excellent pedicure services, attention to post-COVID cleaning practices, and a gentle and thorough approach during services. However, weaknesses include issues with the longevity and quality of manicures, unprofessional and rude staff behavior, inconsistencies in service allocation, lack of cleanliness, and pricing concerns. It is important for Nails Pro Place to address these weaknesses to improve the overall customer experience and regain customer satisfaction.
Best TL Reviews
Let me tell you that this is definitely the best place in Lexington to get a pedicure. Not only does it look great but the tech goes above and beyond when it comes to repairing rough feet. I walk and cycle and my feet get out of hand, he does the whole works with the cheese grater and pumice stone, full calf massage and hot towels, I’ve been to other places and they barely even scrub my calluses, here they get completely removed and I feel like I could be a foot model. A++ for real
I went to Nails Pros because my regular nail lady couldn't get me in and it was a big mistake and it took me two years to grow these real nails and since they did a poor job my nails are chipping along with the S&S they put it on so thin. Now I will probably need 3 tips when I go get them fixed. I've never been so unhappy .
First of all they were late opening up there's no wheelchair accessible the lady that did my manicure did it so fast and for $20 I've gotten better manicures other places and will not be coming back to this one the store was not very clean I accidentally dropped something on the floor and it was filthy
This place has gone downhill, I had been going to them for quite some time and now I will not be going back, I went on a Sunday for a fill in there were only 4 people working and one of the technicians had her baby there, when I was there 2 people came in behind me and both were taken before me, the woman who sits in the first chair (who I believe is the owner) is very rude and mean, she doesn’t know how to treat her customers and over the years has gotten rough with doing nails. She would always be my go to tech and now she just does them just to be doing them and my nails look horrible! Also to have a baby in a nail salon while you work is not a good look who wants to sit in a nail salon with a child screaming and the tech has to stop what she’s doing for her customer to calm him down. It’s ridiculous!! Also the techs she had in the past were awesome and I see they have left the salon as well and it’s probably because of the owner! Rude rude rude! I will definitely find a better more classier place to go! Nail pro gets 1 star from me!!???? Very unprofessional! The lady in the front playa nice however once you get in the chair she rude, rough, unprofessional! Terrible service!!
4 of us came and got mani and pedis and all 4 people’s nails was not up to par. One persons finger was cut, didn’t provide shapes asked for when doing nails, paint job terrible
And pricesss were outrageous
This was my first experience at this salon. It was extremely pleasant. In this post-COVID new normal now, I felt they were over the top fantastic with their cleaning practices. They've put up plastic partitions between the pedicure stations and after a patron leaves they immediately spray and wipe down the chair, plastic dividers and foot areas. The gentleman who did my pedicure took his time, and did a thorough job on my nails. I was very pleased. I would recommend.
I got a basic manicure Saturday. My tech was gentle and did a great job shaping my nails and cuticles. However, despite the base coat and top coat my nails are already chipping, and what's worse is its chipping at my cuticles. I've never had a manicure where the chipping started at my cuticles after two days. I've given myself longer lasting manicures. I don't intend on going back, but it's not a terrible place. They gave me a Christmas present so that was nice.
Ombré looked like my 6 year old did it, wasn’t very reasonable on fixing, said I should’ve said something sooner. The older guy is rough and rude, I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 10 years absolutely no reason for his nail imprint in my skin!!!
