My lady who did my nails was named Mindy! She took her time though the salon was crowded! I came with a group of 3! It was right before Valentine's day! Their prices were exceptional! She gave us a discount so we tipped them well! I will return for my refills soon! I jokingly told Mindy I was coming back with W-D40 so I could quiet all her squeaky chairs!

I had never been here before (I booked the wrong salon) but they were SO NICE and professional. I usually spent less than 25 min in the chair but they were insanely detailed. She did not quit until she had my nails to a high standard and they were all super excited that I wanted ombre as they seem to value their nails as art work. I didn't feel rushed, judged, or disrespected like I usually do at the other salons in bullhead, if not for the art I will come here from now on for the customer service. Oh, and I think very good price!

The ladies there were very good and attentive. Had a pedicure. The massage was the best I've ever had. Made to feel at home. Masks were worn by both nail artists and customers. I'll have to make it there on a regular basis.

I called to make an appointment to tell them I needed my set taken off so I had my appointment set. Went inside and told them I was the 5 o’clock appointment that needed my set taken off and it’s like the lady didn’t understand what I was saying then looked at them and said they look okay but I still was set on wanting them off so finally they start soaking them off and then the lady was taking off my acrylic and using a drill and cut my actual thumb nail and then my pinky nail. I pulled away and figured she saw it was red and she went right back over it. So finally I just said that’s good and wanted to leave at that point especially after using a white file that looked brown in some areas like it’s been used a lot before me… horrible experience and also didn’t look like they sanitized very well. will never step foot in there again

First visit and I will definitely be back. They really take their time with you. I have tried many other nail salons here in BHC. But these ladies are number one in my book.

It was almost like the lady that was doing my pedicure didn't want to be doing it, she was scraping my feet really rough it hurt to walk for 2 days
