Got a gel manicure fill-in today for $35! And I’m in love with them!! He was very neat and took his time on my nails
Please stay away! I purchased a gift certificate for Christmas for someone special to get treated and not leave mad and upset. Long story short basically spent $120 and only got foot soaked and gel polish. Didn't get hot wax nor stones! Very poor service! Workers are very rude when she asked why didn't she get what I paid for which was deluxe and more.
They are rude and waste your time. Everybody is just walking around and when they finally get to you, they act like you’re a bother. I came one hour before closing on a Saturday with only 2 other patrons in the building just to get one toe fixed and waited 30 mins for them to tell me that they don’t do what i need after i told them twice upon entry. Most nails shops close at 7 on Saturday’s they purposely wasted almost 40 mins of my time
Never again. The technician was adamant about performing a higher costing service that I was not interested in and after telling him "no" several times, he treated me like a second thought. I heard him upselling the lady next to me and although she kept telling him she didn't want tips, he was insistent. He rushed through my service and the paint job was so poorly done and smeared but after the encounter with him, I just wanted to leave and so I left with smudged nails. It felt rushed and I felt unappreciated as a customer. I can paint my own nails but I go as a way to treat myself. This experience felt more stressful than it was a treat.

The first time we went well over a year ago the people were friendly, kind and did a great job - Especially for my aunt and elderly mom. There were lovely women working there.
When we Went back couple more times Tony and more men were working there.
It’s all pushing customers through- we were rushed to pick a color, yelled at across the store, pressured into more services and then not given the services we wanted. The man who did my nails looked like he hadn’t washed his hands all day. Don’t even bother to waste your time or money - go elsewhere!
Usually when I get pedicures, I am given a nice and long massage, have my calves exfoliated, and the employees take their time to ensure you are satisfied with their services. This was not the case here. Seemed like they were in a rush and didn’t care about my satisfaction.
Got mad because I corrected him on the first nail he did as to what I wanted and he didn’t even try looks like I did them myself.
