Worst experience ever!!!!!!!
Being a regular client of Angel Nails in Pompano Beach, I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect. My 15 year old daughter and I always get our nails done together but today she didn’t want to. Instead, when I went to go get my nails she grabbed a chair to sit by me. When she did, the owner, Kay, screamed at her in front of all the customers and said she wasn’t allowed to grab the chair. She embarrassingly grabbed and put it back. After standing for over half an hour, the lady doing my nails told my daughter that she could grab a different kind of chair to sit next to me. She grabbed it and sat beside me. After sitting for about 5 minutes, the owner came over to my daughter began hitting the chair with the broom yelling about how she previously told my daughter not to grab the chair. My daughter quickly responded “The lady said I could grab this different chair, don’t scream at me, i’m a client and should be treated so accordingly” and she kept repeating “I’m the owner my store my rules”. I replied “You’re not her mom to yell at her.” Another male worker got involved and started yelling at us from across the salon to get out the store. I told him “No one called you into the conversation, I’d be more than happy to leave this store and never come back.” So that’s what we did. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy.
Teresa and Lynn does and amazing job with me feet and hands. I love the Angels in the background because they are so pretty. I ???? ve the care and consideration they take with my feet with the message.
I have been going there long time and I know the manager or owner, whatever, she is so disrespectful to customer, some of her staff and nice but most of them follow her lead, you can not complain not even tell them what you want, so arrogant. She told a customer in front of everyone to leave because she will never ever do her nails!! I just realized this people do not deserve to have a business, there are more places that treat you like a “Queen “

My nails last forever. I love the main lady that works there in the first seat. She does crazy amazing designs!!
I recently moved out state and found Peter! He does a thorough job and knows how to this out the acrylic for a more natural look. My fill was $35. Not only is it a reasonable price but great work! He will be the only one to do my nails from now on.
The owner is very rude, unprofessional, racist, and overall a Tasmanian devil. She loves to argue with customers tell them what to get even after you’ve explained numerous times what you want. They are unsanitary they never have a bag in the pedicure chairs. With COVID going on you would think they would have it this the only salon that NEVER does. She has favoritism she pick and chooses who nails to do. Overall her attitude and the way she runs her business is disgusting ???? Worst place I’ve ever been to in my life !!! You should not waste your time or money with Angel nails PA nails up the street is TOP TIER with their service I highly recommend them .
Clearly from the photos my nails are way past due for a refill but I’ve had these sets on for about 3 weeks now . The girl that does my nails is named Vivian ONLY ONE I LET TOUCH THEM!! But she does great every time she also does my eyebrows !
