I got my lashes done here. And I won’t ever do it here again. My lashes literally ripped off with the lash extensions because of the type of glue the lady used. I knew something wasn’t right with the amount of glue she used but I brushed it off. I can’t stop crying because I have never experienced this. I’m embarrassed now. Just be mindful and speak up if it doesn’t look right.
3 stars for Bill. He did an amazing job on my pedicure. He's very patient, gentle, and his skill level is on point. Plus he has a very kind nature. I will go to no one else but him. Everyone know that Johnny is best for nails and he usually has a wait but will try to accommodate everyone as fast as possible. The prices are fair and depending on who you go to the service is good. However this place needs an upgrade. The chairs are old and falling apart, the hot towels used for pedicure are dirty looking and worn. You could tell this place age because it definitely is showing.To compete in today's nail market I would definitely suggest a renovation, you'll find 10X nicer places on Groupon.
This is the worst business professionally EVER!!! Johnny the owner is rude as hell!! How can you open a business in a BLACK NEIGHBORHOOD where 99.9% of the customers are BLACK WOMEN and you freely disrespect them on a daily basis. I just remembered why i stopped coming here years ago. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN IF THEY CANT RESPECT WHERE THEIR MONEY CONES FROM!!!
Its been exactly a week since I went there and im already missing 5 nails. I was about to get a pedicure as well but I had a male do my full set and I wasn't very convinced because they literally felt pretty thin almost as if they were stick ons. I usually get alot of diamonds and designs but I went pretty plain with my nails this time just to try it out and they were pretty over priced. I was charged 60$ for plain bright pink and two black playboy on each ring finger. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
This place is by the worst nail salon I went to.first off, there wasn’t an first desk person I get great so u have get the guy who is working at the first nail station attention which seem this disorganized.Also,the place look messy and ran down like no care about the place,the place look outdated ,and the nail tech do not have dryer instead they use a mini fan for u to dry your dry. Second off, the nail tech I had was friendly but she didn’t do a great job I had to go back for her to fix the mess she did, she did a sloppy job, she need some more training because what she did was unacceptable for $55!!! I don’t know why they have the prices of the services because it is very misleading. I would never come back again
Just went there this morning they open at 9:30 and there’s no one there to do lashes or eyebrows. They only have two people in there working on feet. The lady told me I can’t do nothing about it they come in anytime they want and it’s so unprofessional. If your establishment opens at 9:30pm then all services should be available. Never going back wasted my time. No Good morning when you going inside no updates no sorry just it is what it is. I’m a business owner as well and I would never do this to my clients/customers y’all have to do better.
I will never attempt to spend my hard earned dollars there again. The lady that does the Eyebrows and lashes has the worst energy ever. I paid $1 for a face mask, just for her to take my $1 and then tell me she not doing my lashes because she is scared of me. Keep in mind that I hadn't said two words to her, nor did I come in with an aggressive approach. I guess my Ora and the glow of my melanin was too much for her...
The wife is not to friendly I don’t recommend you to have any service here until she treat customers better
