Always very kind and do amazing work. I’ve gone about 4 times now when I need a new set of nails. I tell all of my customers who compliment my nails that I go to Lynn’s. Everyone in the spa is very kind and funny. I’ve had multiple different nail artists, and none of them have disappointed me.Thank you so much. One thing, she Only takes cash, I didn’t know that on my first visit, she was kind and let me go get cash back from rite aid and come back.
I had coffin nails with a dip, my nails are always done and I take pride in them.
I asked for a soak off and instead was told that they take everyone’s nails off the same way- she took an acrylic tip and shoved it between my natural nail and the dip to pry it off. I stopped her and asked her if it would damage the nail. She said no and continued to pry them off. I stopped her after the first hand because my nails were DESTROYED.
She said there was nothing wrong with what she was doing and this is how my nails looked when I walked in! I was shocked and shaking and another nail tech jumped in and said there is nothing wrong with it, even after I showed him my nails as well.
I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
They ruined my nice nails, my day, were rude, and lazy.
To add- none of the instruments we’re sterilized.
First and foremost THEY DO NOT TAKE CARDS!!!! ONLY CASH!!!! It would've been nice to have that posted somewhere on their Facebook page or their place of business!!! I was completely embarrassed!!! I had more than enough money to pay for my services I received... I was also extremely disappointed to know that they cut corners on their services... I'm from Connecticut but lived in WV and Regal Nails does their ombre style with acrylic then sanded down... They do theirs with gel nail polish which will chip in about 2 weeks... Very disappointing in the quality of their work very rushed... Wing time of payment came about I was asked to download apps to serve them and not the customer. Not saying that I did not receive what I've asked and Design but I will never go back to them. I will also say is that they did not sterilize their equipment and reused equipment and nail files that were previously used on customers prior to me. Cross-contamination is a very big concern. Lynn nails needs a visit from the health department... I would also like to add that was also inappropriately charge for services outside of the recommended prices... I will be contacting the health department...
Absolutely awesome! Lynn and her family do the best nails - period! My daughter and I both drive 45 mins. one way to see Lynn. If you want beautiful, precisely done nails, LYNN'S IS THE PLACE! Congrats on the baby Tyler and Lynn :)
Me and my family always go to Lynn's. We've tried other nail places but we always come back to Lynn's. She has excellent service and is very family friendly.she is also very quick but thorough with her nail designs.
It was good. The pedicure itself was relaxing. The only thing that made me angry was that it did not last till the end of the month. My mother-in-law nails last for 6 weeks.
You can't beat the price, the staff are amazing and the quality of the work is outstanding!! Sarah is my mail tech but I'd trust anyone at Lynn's nail spa!
