2. Neat and clean work: The customers mention that the manicures and pedicures they receive at Lynne's Nails are always neat and clean. This demonstrates the salon's attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
3. Expertise in short nail care: Working in healthcare requires the customer to have very short nails. Lynne's Nails does a good job of keeping the customer's nails neat and well-maintained at this length, which can be challenging.
4. Effective callus treatment: The pedicurist at Lynne's Nails is skilled at treating calluses, especially those on the outside of the foot. This expertise ensures that customers are satisfied with the results and enjoy smooth feet.
5. Walk-in service with short wait times: Lynne's Nails operates on a walk-in basis, but despite this, customers mention that the wait times are never too long. This efficient process allows customers to receive their treatments promptly without having to schedule appointments in advance.
Weaknesses:
1. Accepts only cash: Several customers mention that Lynne's Nails only accepts cash payments, which can inconvenience those who do not carry cash regularly. This outdated payment method can be seen as a weakness in today's digital age where most businesses accept card payments.
2. Inconsistent customer service: One customer mentions experiencing terrible customer service, while another praises the service they received. This inconsistency suggests that there may be issues with the overall quality of customer service at Lynne's Nails, which can impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Unprofessional behavior: A customer recounts an incident where a staff member at Lynne's Nails refused to wash their hands after performing a pedicure and responded rudely when the customer requested it. Another customer mentions experiencing racism at the salon. Such unprofessional behavior can deeply affect the reputation of Lynne's Nails and deter potential customers from visiting.
4. Inexperienced or inconsistent staff: A customer shares a negative experience where different staff members provided uneven quality of service, leading to dissatisfaction. This inconsistency in the skills and expertise of the staff can be a potential weakness for Lynne's Nails.
5. Overpriced services and rushed appointments: Customers complain about the high prices for services that they consider subpar. They mention feeling rushed and dissatisfied with the overall experience. This indicates a need for improvement in the quality of service provided and the value customers receive for their money.
In conclusion, Lynne's Nails has strengths in terms of a polite and humble staff, neat and clean work, expertise in short nail care, effective callus treatment, and short wait times. However, the salon faces weaknesses such as accepting only cash, inconsistent customer service, unprofessional behavior, inconsistent staff quality, and overpricing. These weaknesses need to be addressed in order to improve the overall customer experience and reputation of Lynne's Nails.

This a small modest shop. I come here every 2-3 weeks. They staff is polite to me and humble. I get French gel mani and pedi and the work is always very neat and clean. My nails have to be very short because I work in healthcare. They do a good job keeping them neat at this length which is actually really hard. My pedicure lady also does a great job with calluses and mine can get bad sometimes on the outside of my foot. This pedicure in the picture is 4 weeks old! Nails are 1 week old???????? Walk-in only but the wait is never very long. My only hang up is the shop only takes cash and I don’t always carry cash. You’ll have to walk to the atm at the supermarket
It’s been a long time since I had my nails done but I just got engaged and wanted to show off my pretty ring. First time at Lynne’s Nails, very close to home so I made an appointment. Very happy they are open on Sundays. I was very happy with the service and my nails are beautiful. I will definitely be going back.
I will give this shop another chance to prove itself. I loved the way my nails look. But I hated the way I was treated. The customer service was HORRIBLE! Off that alone I wouldn't return, but again I'm willing to try them again on a different day to see if I get the same experience.
Don't waste your time or money going to Lynne nails. After doing a pedicure for a customer the younger lady who works there told me to head to the back to get my eyebrows done. She walks in and uses a pretty much empty hand sanitizer. So, I asked if she could wash her hands since she just got done doing someone's feet. She gets upset and says she used hand sanitizer. I responded and said it's not the same as water. She kicked me out by saying, "you can just leave then." She's extremely unprofessional. I've been there before (months ago) and she said something racist but covered it up with a subtle tone. And lastly, they only accept cash; it's 2022 and they're going backwards. Just save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
This is my Second and WILL NOT BE A THIRD SO RUDE...I'm surprised I'm not in jail after this time first time a guy started my nails out OF 13years of getting my nails done ive yet to see them put powder on before they cut to the length u want so I complained a lady came in and fixed the problem did a great job that's what made me come back this time I request the same lady I waited 1 and half hours for her and she sits me in someone's chair she ensured he was just a good which I was very disappointed it was HORRIBLE so then again same lady come and try to fix them polish was cloudy after top coat she rushed me and her job all because she was ready to go home it was after closing I made it 5:30 left little after 8pm like I don't have a life I was way passed ready to go Bad Customer service a full set waste of my 30 bucks x
Rude and racist.Dont go there they charge to much money and my nails were out of shape really ugly. Not worth paying 50 dollars.
Don’t even bother wasting your money, this place is disgusting and doesn’t look sanitized. Over priced for a refill and the work looked sloppy, The lady who sits in the middle did my nails is so lazy didn’t wanted to shorted my nails and was going to charge extra!! I felt rushed and was complaining the whole time I was there!
I went in for a pedicure and asked the young lady to plug in my charger.
She took an hour and 45 minutes to do my pedicure and had a problem doing all the necessary detail for a pedicure.
When we were done I asked her to unplug it and she just looked and me.
I then lifted the arm rest and at that time my cable split into.
I began to tell the manager and she said I need to take care of my phone her employee was helping me very rudely.
Out of all the years I had come there I never saw this hound girl or had that experience getting a pedicure.
