La’Toia Stafford was very unprofessional and rude. I called to book an appointment, she said to book on Booksy and she’d confirm and be there. She never confirmed, stopped answering my calls, and had me waiting at the shop for 30 minutes for her to show up. The store also appeared open but the hours online and illuminated open sign are not accurate. No one was in the store or answering the store number. Very bad experience.

Star ⭐️ The Barber Is Great ! She’s cool & knows what she is doing. Shes great at retwisting, styling, and mainting locs Been going to her a few months now since I moved here and I’m satisfied. Everyone in the shop is nice.

I've been going to this shop for over a year now. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. This shop is primarily appointment based and I've never had a problem with any of my appointments. My personal Barber is Carlos and he always gets me together proper. Keep up the good work!

Latoia is my sons barber and has been for about 3 years. She has always done a great job. He has transitioned from all different phases of hairstyles and she has been there through them all providing great service each time.

We have 4 boys and needed to find a great place for their cuts. Star and Tyson take great care of our boys hair! I love being able to enjoy the time while they are in the chair. Carlos gets creative with his styles... great place..

Best barber shop in the area(east end). However expect to wait a little while. Thurs to sat are always busy so your best option is to call ahead and make an appointment in advance. Ransford and carlos usually cut my hair but i would trust anyone there to get my hair cut on point.

Star is incredible at taking minimal input and giving you the most amazing cut. She is the only person I trust to give me my side shave. She takes her time and makes it perfect. Give her a chance and you won’t go anywhere else!!
