Very friendly and accommodating. My nails came out so beautiful they took their time on me and my 2 kids nails even though they close at 7 we left at 8 I felt as though they didn’t rush us and they made sure our nails were perfect and we were happy I truly appreciated this experience. The two nail techs were so nice we WILL be going back thanks so much for a good experience.
After going to the same establishment for more than 10 years I decided to try magic nails! I must say I was very impressed with everything. They had a wide variety of different pedicures you could try. When I tell you the young lady really did an amazing job on my feet, because I’m anemic the soles of my feet are very dry and when I tell you when she was done my feet look completely amazing. When I tell you when it comes to the manicure, The nail specialist hit it right on the head. She understood the assignment and definitely made me smile. I will definitely be back, most of all they were so sweet Unlike the establishments that I used to go to. They made me felt like they valued me.
i just got my nails done on Nov. 10th and the polish has peeled completely off of my gel nails. This is crazy. I will never go there again. Yall charge too much for such wack services!
I should have read the reviews prior to wasting my money on unsatisfactory work. The salon has a VERY strong, overpowering odor. I have been to other salons that don't have such a strong acetone odor. Then when I sat down at the table, the towel that was on the table was so dirty. It obviously hasn't been changed in a while. My nailbeds are sore from being cut by the drill. And lastly..the gel clear coat and polish was on my skin around my nails as well. This set of acrylic nails have lasted...5 whole days. I definitely don't recommend this establishment.
I usually don’t leave reviews but felt I should share. I got a pedicure which I was happy with. But I had acrylic nails put on and I was not happy with what I got. My nails were done while I was getting my pedicure, even after my pedicure was finished. They were too thick and one was put on crooked. The nails were so thick, I felt like I had horseshoes on. Some parts of my cuticles were burned from the grinder and when I left I had dry glue on my cuticles and fingertips. I couldn’t last a week with those nails because I seriously could not type at work. I was in town for a wedding when I came home I had to get them fixed. I wish I would have taken pics but didn’t. My daughter was happy with her nails though, but they were done by someone else with more experience. I paid too much for unsatisfactory work. Which I feel terrible for even paying! We were only in town for the weekend and will most likely never return to Gonzales, LA. One thing though, the staff were very nice and I was happy with my eyebrow wax.
All I can say about this place is that it is absolutely amazing. Their prices are great and they do their best to make sure they meet my needs and others. I say others because I’ve observed how they work on other people. I have been coming here for 3 months now and have yet to be disappointed. They always run sales. They do amazing pedicures. If you want a gentle pedicure or if you want a good cleaning or in growns they get those out correctly and just amazing!!! The owner is the funniest and so humble. They do great art also if that’s what your looking for. Just an all around amazing place !!!!!!! Oh and I haven’t had a nail pop off yet, I’ve gone 3 weeks without any lifting or cracking or any coming off. Every other place I have gone in the past my nail always falls off. But thankfully I finally found my nail salon !
Clean but very busy place! Staff friendly, service swift and complete. Nails look nice and feet feel wonderful! Had to edit my review because after 4 days the polish on my toe nails has started flaking off the whole nail. Not good!
They put me and my step daughter in a chair and had us soak our feet for over an 1 1/2.. Water got cold and they started other people before us that came in after us. I will never go back.
