I am still suffering from the damage that was done to my eyebrows over the years. She would accuse me of plucking between visits because she would realize her mistakes at the next visit . She would talk on the phone while threading she could not even put the phone down for the 15 seconds it took . she only cares about grabbing your money. Save yourself and your eyebrows and go somewhere else . She would also reprimand me If I I missed a week & tell me she was going to charge me more.
Every time I go to get my eyebrows done I come out of there disappointed. She is rude, always have a comment about the frequency of your visits and how she will charge 3 dollars more for longer hair in your eyebrows. She is already charging $12 which it is okay since you don’t have to Waite long (due to her high price she doesn’t have a line of clients). When I gave her my opinion about the extra charge she went to say that her business is not a candy store .. Bad customer service . My last 3 visits I been getting attitude from her . Im not going back there. Her Customer service skills need a lot of improvement
if i could give a one star i would. in the beginning she was good.. but the more you go to her the more she starts criticizing you. my sister and i all say the same thing. we will NOT be returning here. she thins out the eyebrows so much when we ask her not to. and when we tell her she would bully us into saying that WE touched and plucked our eyebrows prior to going to her???? calling us liars and that shes been doing this for SO MANY years so god forbid we say something to her that we didnt like. horrible customer service. and shes increased her prices so much for no reason. as you can tell we tried to give her more then one chance and continued coming. but we never leave happy. save your time and money.

She messed up my mom’s eyebrows and if you ask to fix them she gets mad but she doesn’t spend the time to do it right since the beginning in less than one minute she is done and it does a horrible job.
Very rude! . I was a little late for my haircut which I agree was my fault but it was due to an unavoidable situation and I apologized to her but the owner was very very rude. After my stylist was done with my hair the owner kept me waiting to do my eyebrows just to give me an attitude that I was late. I eventually left from there politely. This was my first time and the last. I am very disappointed and would not recommend that place. There are other places around which are great and happy.
I’ve been going to Magical Touch Beauty Salon for about 15 years or more. The owner (Nayna) has been nothing short of exceptional. Her and her staff are always welcoming when you arrive at her place of business and most importantly they are punctual and professional. All her prices and services are clearly written down and you never have to guess what will you be paying or what services are offered, you know exactly what to expect. Her place of business is meticulously clean and this is even prior to covid. Her way of paying attention to detail and always keeping her customers in mind makes her a great businesswoman and overall person. Safety and comfort are two things she constantly provides in all the services she offers. I’ve done my hair and waxed my body there. I’ve also done my eyebrows with thread and have waxed my upper lip (have never experienced redness or burns from it). I go there on a weekly basis and everything goes smoothly without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this place of business for anyone who’s looking to be treated well and receive exceptional service.
I’ve been a customer of Nayna for 15 years now! I have had eyebrow and waxing services done at the salon. Nayna is excellent in all she does and one of the only people I trust doing my eyebrows. I consistently do my eyebrows every two weeks (due to how fast my hairs grow). Every time I leave, I’m more than satisfied with the shape and outcome of my eyebrows. Thank you Nayna! You’re the best!
Nayna is only the best!!!! I was referred by my sister 5+ years ago and Im so happy I found her! I have tried other eyebrow threading places that are cheaper but they take too long because of lack of experience and they make my eyebrows waaaay too thin. She is a bit more expensive than other salons in the area but let me tell you right now you are paying for quality, and experience! She is also always courteous which I appreciate
