Quick Facts About Lynne Nails
Lynne Nails place has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, it is worth noting that there are no positive comments about the salon, which suggests that there may be a lack of consistent quality or positive experiences for customers. However, some strengths can be inferred from the lack of feedback in certain areas:
1. Pricing: There are no specific complaints about the pricing of services at Lynne Nails place. This implies that their prices may be reasonable or competitive compared to other salons.
2. Accessibility: One customer mentioned traveling three hours to visit Lynne Nails place, indicating that the salon may be located in a convenient or desirable location for some customers.
3. Technician Skill: Although not mentioned directly, the comment about Lynne having to fix a technician's mistake implies that Lynne, the owner, is skilled enough to rectify the issues caused by her employees. This suggests that Lynne may have a higher level of expertise or proficiency compared to some technicians in the salon.
Moving on to the weaknesses, there are numerous complaints and negative experiences expressed in the comments. These weaknesses include:
1. Poor Nail Quality: Multiple customers expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of their nails. Complaints included nails falling off quickly, nails being crooked or damaged, and nails being filed and polished improperly. These comments indicate a recurring issue with the overall quality of the nail services provided.
2. Lack of Attention and Rushed Service: Customers mentioned feeling rushed and receiving poor service due to the technicians' lack of focus or attention. One customer reported the owner, Lynne, spending 10 minutes on her phone before starting the service. This suggests a lack of professionalism and customer-oriented approach.
3. Unsanitary Conditions and Equipment: One customer complained about unsanitary conditions, including dirty brushes and old, used nail files. This raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene practices at Lynne Nails place.
4. Communication and Language Barrier: Multiple customers mentioned difficulties communicating with the staff due to a language barrier. This can lead to misunderstandings, frustration, and a lack of clear instructions or expectations.
5. Poor Customer Service: Several customers mentioned negative experiences with customer service. Complaints included a technician hurting customers with the drill, overcharging, and refusing to fix mistakes or provide refunds. This indicates a lack of empathy, professionalism, and willingness to rectify customer concerns.
6. Lack of Accountabilty: One customer expressed disappointment with Lynne's unwillingness to admit the rudeness and disrespect displayed by one of her technicians. This lack of accountability suggests a lack of strong leadership and management within the salon.
7. Overall Disappointment: Many customers expressed their disappointment and stated that they will not return to Lynne Nails place. This indicates a consistently negative experience, leading to a loss of customer loyalty.
In conclusion, the strengths of Lynne Nails place are minimal, with reasonable pricing and potentially higher skill levels from the owner. However, the salon's continued weaknesses, such as poor nail quality, lack of attention, unsanitary conditions, communication difficulties, and poor customer service, outweigh these strengths. A focus on improving these areas is crucial for the salon to regain customer trust and loyalty.

By far the biggest nails I’ve ever had in life. When told about it she says ok ok and does nothing. I spent $155 for 3 of us to be rushed and have our nails look TERRIBLE. I will not be back. And to think I came 3 hours away for my nails to look like trash.
Did my nails on Tuesday and by Friday they all fell off literally I told her and she said come do them again, I asked if it was for free she said no you have to pay I’ve never done my nails and they all just fall off this is ridiculous…..
Went to Lynne nails today not to long ago, I went in there and it was a bit of a wait. But once i finally got in the chair the owner Lynne sat on her phone for about 10 mins before we even got started on my nails. When she finally did start my nails it was a poorly done job, she was hurting me with the drill, some of my acrylics are crooked. She wasn’t focused at all.
Cathy is a money hungry person. She’s puts the drill way too close to my skin and it’s always bleeding. She’s overcharges people for nails you get done lower at Sally’s hair and nails. Spend your money elsewhere.
Today was an awful experience for me here at this nailery. While getting my pedicure done, I realize the nail tech was about to use a dirty brush on my feet and I kindly ask her do they have a new one and she said no.. so she didn’t use that brush that they use at the end of my pedicure. The one she had was very dirty looking... Then after getting my pedicure done, I got a gel refill and my nails were done very sloppy and I was so disappointed.. after filing, my nails were slanted and not filed down neatly nor straight. My polish was painted sloppy and my cuticles was awful. I asked the owner very nicely to fix my nails and she refuses and gave me a very hard time saying, “it’s nothin wrong with your nails” and it was.. we went back in forth and she still refuses to fix.. No kind of good customer services at all and I had already paid for my service.. she refuses to fix my polish on my hails and I asked her to give me money back and she gave 1/2 back which was $10.. I will never go back to this nailery gain! No kind of good customer service skills and they do a horrible job!
My nails weren't even at all I had so much caked up acrylic under my nose. That it was disgusting I left my nails, abnormally damaged. They overcharged or mid-length nails that were actually short the nails look more like overlay than a full set.
This place is terrible and unsanitary. They have old equipment and their nail files were old and very used they also pretend to not understand English and refuse to correct their mistakes They charge $25.00 for natural manicure, my cuticles were not trimmed nor pushed back and my nails were not evenly filed. I left without getting my nails polished! It was thethe word nailery I have gone to in over 50 years. I wanted to refuse to pay but I know from others that these Asian shop from others that the Asian shops like to call the Police and the a police usually side with them. However I am reporting them to the Health Department for their unsanitary conditions.
Loved Lynne and supported her for years but when one of her techs became rude and argumentative over what i asked her to do for my daughter, Lynne would not admit how rude and disrespectful her tech was. She messed up my daughters nails..and Lynne had to fix it. Im big on customer service.......this was shocking and disappointing. I will not patronize again.
