Quick Facts About Marysville Luxury Nail & Spa

Strengths:
1. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere: One reviewer mentioned that as soon as anyone enters the building, the staff members immediately ask if they can help. This shows that the salon has a warm and inviting environment, which is important for customer satisfaction.
2. Affordable prices: Another reviewer mentioned that despite the luxurious experience, the prices at Marysville Luxury Nail & Spa are very affordable. This is a strength as it attracts customers who are looking for quality services at budget-friendly prices.
3. Skilled and talented staff: Some customers expressed their satisfaction with the skills of specific nail technicians, such as Hanna and Rose. This indicates that the salon has staff members who are experienced and capable of delivering excellent manicures and nail art.
4. Efficient service: One reviewer mentioned that the salon has lots of seats and quickly fills any walk-in spots. This indicates that the staff members are efficient and able to serve customers promptly, which is a positive aspect for busy individuals who value their time.
5. Beautiful Shellac manicures: Several reviewers praised the quality of the Shellac manicures offered at the salon. This suggests that the salon excels in providing this particular service and can be relied upon for long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing results.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent quality: One reviewer mentioned that they had a negative experience with a specific nail technician who chewed up their fingers and made them bleed while trying to remove acrylics. This indicates that there may be inconsistencies in the quality of services provided by different staff members.
2. Lack of attention to customer preferences: One reviewer mentioned that despite requesting rounded corners and shorter length, their requests were not fulfilled. This suggests that some nail technicians may not pay close attention to customer preferences, leading to disappointment and dissatisfaction.
3. Rushed services: A reviewer mentioned that they felt rushed through the service, resulting in a subpar outcome. This indicates that the salon may prioritize quantity over quality, which can negatively impact the overall experience for customers.
4. Poor application techniques: Some reviewers mentioned issues with the application techniques, such as sloppy glue and acrylic application, uneven nail polish application, and chipping Shellac after one day. These problems suggest that there may be inconsistencies or lack of attention to detail in the salon's execution of services.
5. Long wait times and delays: A reviewer mentioned waiting for an hour and a half before receiving service, while another mentioned waiting for 45 minutes before their appointment started. These long wait times indicate poor time management and can be frustrating for customers who value punctuality.
Overall, while the salon has strengths such as a friendly atmosphere, affordable prices, and skilled staff, it also displays weaknesses in terms of inconsistent quality, lack of attention to customer preferences, rushed services, poor application techniques, and long wait times. Improvements in these areas can help enhance the overall customer experience at Marysville Luxury Nail & Spa.

Best TL Reviews

I haven’t been in a while because there were much better options but my MIL wanted to treat me for Christmas. I started with Tina but the guy took over for her. I was warned immediately by MIL that he’s not very good but I didn’t take her seriously enough, obviously.
As seen in the photos, he chewed up my fingers and made me bleed trying to dremmel the acrylic off my skin! When I said “No! No more!” He said for me to relax! After I got home, I fixed the rest (see photo of how much I peeled off the back of my thumbnail) and also clipped the chunks of acrylic off the bottoms of the nails and also rounded the sharp corners from cutting the tips to length. I truly cannot believe they expected me to be satisfied with that much work still to do.
If you do go here, do NOT let the guy touch your precious hands.
Horrible. I used to go here when I was younger.. things clearly have changed.
Asked for rounded corners and for a much shorter length. Even ask the nail tech to use scissors as I love my nails very short; “I’ll file them down” was her response, which did not occur. The glue and acrylic application was sloppy. The shellac color coat was not applied on the full nail either. Off to another salon the next day to have these removed.
Sandy the Owner is an ARTISTIC BEING!! Every staff member is efficient and effective! They have lots of seats and if there are openings there are walk-in spots filled immediately!
As soon as anyone enters the building almost in unison voices ask “May i help you?”
Such a refreshing thing to see in this industry!
I got a full acrylic set and a luxury spa pedicure and was treated as Royalty even tho the prices are very affordable!
I am in love with this shop and it’s owners!
Best Nail Salon ???????? in town!!
Very thoughtful and professional! Sandy is amazing! My Shellac manicures are always beautiful! The ladies that do my shellac pedicures are great! Jen is my favorite!!
Rose does a awesome job as well.
Thank you for a always doing a great job and being so kind and caring!!
I go to Hanna for my nails and she is absolutely amazing I've never been unhappy when leaving she always does an amazing job doing my nails. Rather i do a simple one color or a two or three color ombre. She knows exactly how I like my nails and that's how they are done everytime. Thin and natural real looking nails is how I like them.
Went here for a pedicure today and this place is a chop shop. No massage, didn’t trim or file or clean my nails. Removed polish. Put one coat of color and one coat of clear. Done. I called and was told to come in at 3, waited about an hour and a half before anyone came over. I have no idea how this place is busy or still in business. Would rate zero stars if I could.
Horrible! Had an appointment at 3:30 for a mani/pedi and sat in the chair for 45 minutes before they even began touching my nails. They didn’t bother to clean, file or clip my fingers or toes AT ALL. They rushed painting my nails and it wasn’t even busy or close to closing time. They didn’t bother to do a second coat of nail polish on any of my nails and applied the nail polish uneven and gloppy and didn’t care to fix it, looks like a child did my nails. Will NEVER be going back!!!!
I went in yesterday to get my nails filled. I showed them a reference picture. They filed my nails down through the tip to where my actual nail was showing. I mentioned to her that it was messed up and that I needed it fixed. Instead of fixing it she just painted over it. The shellac is already chipping after just one day. All I did was shower and my nails are already ruined. This is not the only time I have had a bad experience with my nails. I feel like they rush though it just to get as many people through the door as possible. I posted the reference picture along with the outcome of my nails.
