Janice was so accommodating when we thought we had called the right doggie salon for an appt! We walked in only to find out there was a mix up, but she took us with no hesitation! She made us feel at ease leaving them & added a tie & a scarf after their grooming. We will always bring them here from now on!

Took mine and my moms dog here. My (very hairy) Australian Shepard was in a desperate need of a grooming. I have never in my nine years of having him had him come back without any extra hair falling off of him. I’ve even done shedding coat baths and pay extra for extra long grooming sessions, yet he has always come back with a little bit of loose hair coming onto your hand when petting. I assumed that there was no way of fixing that after so long. After one grooming session here he came back so pretty and with no extra loose hair, she seem to have gotten it all. Absolutely amazing will definitely be back.

Janice has been grooming our fur baby Buddy for several years. She is excellent! Buddy was a rescue dog and wasn't sure that he wanted to be groomed. Janice was great with him.

I have followed one of the groomers here-Marlene- from a couple different grooming salons for the last 7 years, even if it meant driving over an hour from Sarasota to have my dog (Shih-Tzu) groomed by her; I made the mistake of trying one other groomer in a pinch during these years and quickly realized that I'd rather go to Marlene regardless of any inconvenience. I cannot rave about the haircuts Marlene gives enough, however it is the extra time, love, and attention to details that she consistently gives during her time w you and your furry one that shows she goes the extra mile because she enjoys what she does. I have not tried the other groomer at this shop, but I have seen her work and spoke to her and I would feel more than comfortable with her grooming my little guy.

The shop is clean and I have never see more than one dog in a crate at a time, price point is fair and around the area average, but the amazing staff is what sets them apart- they always answer any questions, thoroughly listen to what you want and deliver as well as explaining any issue at the end (or fleas, skin issue, etc.), plus they're great about accommodating/being flexible w your schedule when possible.

Janis is great. We have been taking our dogs to her for many years and we are always happy with the results. Her new location makes it even easier to get my furry friend pampered.
