They are efficient in their service, ensuring that customers are not kept waiting despite busy periods. May's Café place has multiple weaknesses based on the comments as well. One weakness is the noise level during peak hours. The café's popularity contributes to a bustling environment, which can make it difficult for customers to have conversations without raising their voices. This could be viewed as a negative aspect for customers seeking a quieter dining experience. Another weakness highlighted is the overwhelming number of options on the breakfast menu. Although having a variety of choices can be seen as a strength, some customers express feeling overwhelmed by the selection and would prefer a simpler option that includes everything without having to add extras. This feedback suggests that the café could benefit from offering a more streamlined breakfast option to accommodate customers who prefer a more straightforward ordering process.
While May's Café place has strengths in its food quality and customer service, there are areas for improvement. It is highly recommended that the café continue to maintain its high standards in terms of food quality and friendliness of the staff. These are aspects of the café that consistently receive positive feedback from customers, and focusing on these strengths can help attract repeat customers and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. Additionally, the café may want to consider addressing the noise level during peak hours. This could be achieved by implementing subtle sound-absorbing materials or rearranging the layout to create more intimate seating areas. By doing so, the café can cater to customers who prefer a quieter environment for conversation.
With regards to the overwhelming number of options on the breakfast menu, the café could consider offering a simple, all-inclusive breakfast option alongside the individualized options. This would cater to customers who prefer a more straightforward ordering process and simplify decision-making for those who feel overwhelmed by the choices available. By incorporating these changes, May's Café place can continue to build upon its strengths and address the weaknesses highlighted in the comments to further enhance the customer experience. Overall, it seems that May's Café place is a popular and well-regarded establishment that offers a friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and efficient service.

Wow! This is the best little dog friendly cafe in town. Food is fab for both human and furbaby, staff are just lovely,
Fun and get the job done. It’s a bustling little
Place but one you won’t be sad you made the effort. My favourite place to grab breakfast. All freshly cooked to
Order.
The classic breakfast is enough to leave you full for the rest of the day. The serving of black pudding is extra (not an issue) and unlike in some establishments it was beautifully moist. The staff were polite and professional. Despite it being very busy we were not kept waiting for service, nor were we made to feel rushed.
My wife wanted to visit here as the aesthetics looked nice. When we visited it was very busy which is nice to see, but makes it a little hard to talk without feeling you need to raise your voice. My wife and I both ordered breakfast, with my wife ordering the vegetarian option. Something I didn’t like was the many options on the breakfast menu and having to choose ‘this or that’ with out feeling like I’d missed out on a breakfast option. Would loved to have ordered a breakfast ‘one with everything’ without having to add extra portions. Great breakfast either way!
Great coffee and good selection of cakes which always taste good. The food is very good value for money. The staff are always friendly and we've never had trouble finding a table. One of the nicest coffee shops in Burnham.
Lovely family run cafe. Very friendly staff with a really pleasant atmosphere, would thoroughly recommend their flat white and the breakfast wrap.
Had a lovely lunch with my husband fish fingers sandwich and a falafel wrap . Delicious coffee. Staff friendly and dog friendly too. We will be back thank you
Very nice breakfast at very reasonable prices. Dog friendly. Nice clean cafe. Disabled parking just outside. Great location. Toilets on site.
This was a really nice place. I ordered the wrong bread for my sandwich so couldn't eat it but they packed it up for me to take home
