Our car needed a new battery. The battery was fixed however, upon return the cover for the visor mirror had been broken off and a Black Lives Matter sticker on the back of the car had been ripped off. Neither of which should have been touched. We will never be bringing our cars back to this shop, as our car was returned vandalized.

Excellent service and work quality, very efficient, honest, friendly, good pricing. At this mechanic shop you are treated like family. Everyone is so sincerely helpful and fair.

McDowell's is awesome place. Stopped in to schedule an inspection appointment. They had an opening and I was in and out in a half hour!! The people who work there are great. Will always miss Tom McDowell, he was my old neighbor and friend and a wonderful part of the community.

Took my car in for inspection. Was taken in quickly. Work was done efficiently. They also took care of several non-inspection related issues. Car is running better than it has for almost a year and it didn’t cost me a fortune. I am very happy and will take my car back in the future.

Point is, they don't fabricate non existent problems and charge the customer.
