1st time here.
She took 14min on my pedicure didn't feel the greatest when I'm trying to go relax also burned me with the hot stones. Love that. Anyways don't recommend also a bummer since I live 3min away and I get my nails done every week. And by the way no top coat super weird and also nail already messed up. Great
Too crowded and they are so rush by time. I didn’t feel relaxing at all. The price too high with acrylic nails. I got the price very reasonable and very beautiful nails at City Nails just not far from here. I think address at 812 E Grand ave, Arroyo Grande, Ca 93420. Next to 7 eleven and It’s really yogurt store on Grand ave. The new owner Amber did my nails. 45 for fullset is total I had to pay her with almond shape and gel on top. After done she bonus manicure, trim my cuticles and massage for my hands. From the notice of Vincent and Megan I went to here. But I’m very disappointed with the service so rush and expensive at Micheal Nails. Than I called City Nails and ask the price and come to them. It was right. You don’t know if you don’t try. Highly recommend City nails if you do dipping or acrylic nails art
I went in yesterday for a pedicure with my friend- when I dropped off my friend at her house, her dog stepped on my foot and smudged my nail! I rushed back and they graciously repaired it even though they were closing.
In general they also have awesome massage chairs, good ventilation, and friendly employees!
Angela did a fantastic job with my manicure, she paid attention to details. Having gone to a different local salon for a long time I was able to appreciate good customer service she wanted to ensure I was happy with the manicure. There is ample parking.
wont go back due to rude staff asking too many personal questions and making me feel bad for not sharing her excitement over the holidays that are normally a very depressing time for me. If you enjoy the holidays that's fine, I am happy for you but please don't tell me I'm a bad person for not being able to share the enthusiasm with you. Ill be looking elsewhere to have me nails done. Thank you.
5 stars for Angie always smiling treating you like family and the service is the best out of other places I can choose to go get eyebrow wax I always come back to her
I appreciate that they moved their business outside and are wearing masks but it was uncomfortable to have my legs on a non-secured piece of furniture. After the pedicure my knees hurt so bad from trying to keep my legs straight and to not push furniture too much. It definitely wasn't relaxing. My pedicurist also wasn't very friendly to me and even ignored me at times. My nails do look good but I have to remove some stars for the discomfort and customer service.
I've been here about 3 times now and enjoyed my experience each time. They were able to take in my best friend and I 30 minutes before closing. They did a really good job and I'm quite happy with my manicure and pedicure.
