Asked if I could get a dip and the receptionist just rolled her eyes and huffed. Then said nope nothing today and when I asked about tomorrow she literally couldn’t be bothered to look - I told her forget it I will go somewhere else and walked out. Terrible professionalism.
This is my first (and ONLY visit). I sat in the chair and asked for the classic pedicure. The woman doing the service told me “ oh you have shoes (instead of flip flops) you should do a gel pedicure, it lasts longer and you can just put your shoes on”. I said, “oh, you don’t have those disposable sandals?” She continued trying to upsell the gel pedicure and never answered my question about the disposables. She finally said ok, yes we have those and just continued with the pedicure. It seemed once she realized I wasn’t wanting a gel pedicure she didn’t care. Service was not good after that. Very mediocre pedicure. When checking out the receptionist was extremely rude in so many ways - too much to text. Save your money and don’t go here. It’s not worth the frustration!
