My first time there and they were AMAZING. Nothing hurt. very gentle they use a warm towel on your hands and nice smelling lotion when finished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My friend and I booked an appointment for 10:30 two days in advance for pedis. We arrived a few minutes early and even through 3 spots where open we were seated in the waiting area for a full 30 minutes. The staff ignored us or where outright rude. When we were finally seated in the spa area my friend's pedi started. I waited... and waited. After a full hour past our appointment I had had enough. This was not the fun, relaxing experience I had expected to have with a friend. I left after my friends pedi.
Wonderful job! If you ever have to wait it’s because they do walk in too! they will get to you though !! They are so kind and fun to talk to!!
I have used this nail salon before, however if I could give them zero stars I would. My mother in law and I have called NUMEROUS times to setup an appointment for a pedicure and no one ever answers the phone and their voicemail is full. She has called multiple times on three separate days. Definitely will take our money elsewhere!

Every time I go to ST nails & Spa I am always impressed. They provide exceptional quality and are amazing! They were busy when I got there but were able to keep things going in a timely fashion while still giviing an awesome experience. Thank you!
My mom and I had an appointment at 2:30, we waited there for an hour before i even got called back and then I was getting acrylic nails and I wanted a simply blue nail short and they are crooked and painted terribly, and I wanted a small heart on my ring finger and it was not straight and very messy! Also the heart covered basically my whole nail and it was supposed to be small, (SMALL) after it took her only 20 minutes to do all that because she rushed threw it and didn’t take her time what so ever. After all that I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed and she said yeah and also rushed threw that and missed so many hairs and not getting all the wax off. Then after my mom was waiting there for 2 hours finally got her manicure and they only took 10 minutes doing her manicure which is not enough time to get a good painted nail! I have never had a problem with this place before, but this time was the most worse time ever. I have my nails ripped off because they looked so horrible.
Last week my sister called to see if they could fit us both in for a full set. This was 2- 3 hours before they closed, the woman told her yes but to try to get there soon. We got there right before 4PM nobody even said a word to either one of us. We waited finally after an hour they said are you guys getting a full set, we said yes. The guy took my sister to get started on her nails. I figured I'd be next. Two ladies walked in over an hour after we got there he took them both back. After an hour And a half of waiting my fiance and 7 month old son came to pick me up. So, I told my sister that I was leaving, thinking MAYBE they'd finally say if you wait a few minutes we can get to you. Nope nobody said a word. I understand being busy but to not even greet a customer. Why were we told to come in? I wasted over an hour of waiting for absolutely nothing.
