Very friendly. I like this K better than the one on E. South Blvd. Even though they were busy, the ladies stopped to ask me if they could help. The gentleman (bald) came in the back and searched for what I wanted. Then I received a 20% discount on my purchase. So my first visit to this store was very positive.

Large beauty supply store close to Alabama State University. The outside of the store had garbage overflowing and trash in the parking lot. The customer service is not up to par. Noone to assist or answer questions

If i could rate this place zero stars i would surely do so. My mother in law and i been here for all of two hours and have consistently been skipped over and ignored. After making our complaints known the staff continued to ignore us and gossip about menial things of no consequence. The ladies in the wig department in charge of fitting the wigs were ghetto and severely unprofessional. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The store has everything you could possible need when it comes to haircare. The cashier could be hospitable, no get and no thank you; customer service is very important.
