Es la segunda vez q me hago un corte ahí y ambas ocasiones ha sido pésimo ... Decidí darles una segunda oportunidad porque solo quería un despunte, no creí q pudiera salir mal pero ni eso saben hacer, solo dio unos tijerazos y empezó a secar mi cabello, ya peinado no se veía tan mal pero incluso me cayó de raro que me pidió q me parara de la silla para ver cómo se veía y seguir cortando lo disparejo jaja qué clase de técnica es esa? ... Llegando a casa lo revise a detalle y estaba todo disparejo y tuzado. Horrible jamás regresaré!
Not the type to write a review but the lady Jeny she said? who cut my hair did a horrible job. I usually come here and the work has been good but this is my first bad experience here. Ive never seen her before, but it was bad attitude as soon as i sat in the chair and eye roll when i was explaining my cut or asking for more hair off which at one point my chair was swung so fast i had to hold on to the chair, the paper they put on your neck was ripped and didnt even bother to put a new one, the pressure and aggressiveness to every time the machine touched my head, how fast the cut was is how i knew. I wasnt going to approach either but i dont like to be rude. maybe shes having a bad day? I dont know. Usually im greeted and people are excited to ask what I want, encouraging, and this lady was the complete opposite and quiet and she looked upset. As soon as i sat down and i was explaining what i wanted it didnt seem like she was even listening she just wanted the cut done with. How am i supposed to feel comfortable asking what I want to the last detail when i feel like a bother instead of welcomed? The whole hair cut was rushed & now im leaving with a bad haircut really bad which is why im writing the review. All the other stylists/barbers i have had there since i always go to whoever is available have been great but this lady i really dont know what happened. I dont like to waste my time writing reviews but this was truly just horrific to say the least. I have always explained the same haircut many different times to stylists/barbers who work there and it has been great and my haircut was good, even new people who i havent had cut my hair who just took the time to hear me out. I was even threatened to be charged a double haircut for wanting more cut cut? Which wasnt an issue. I offered to pay too but honestly i just didnt wana risk getting a worse cut but Seriously? I wouldnt have mind paying DOUBLE if it meant my experience was going to be great. I really hate to write this review the owner here is really nice but this experience was bad and well i dont think that attitude should be around especially when it is reflected off the haircut i pay for.

Siempre que voy a Mily’s salgo muy satisfecha con mi corte de pelo y color, Mily es excelente, ella te escucha en lo que tu quieres hacerte y si es algo que no te va a quedar bien ella te da su consejo profesional, yo conozco a Mily por muchos años y no la cambio por nada ni nadie! Gracias Mily por siempre cuidar de mi pelo! ❤️
Ask for Mariela, she did such a wonderful job! The employees only speak Spanish here but if you bring in a picture you should be fine. There was also a customer there who translated for us and I used google translate as well. Very clean place and everyone was very friendly. Great price too!! Highly recommend
