I want to thank the kind young women who did my dip manicure and pedicure yesterday. When i arrived, i explained how bad my previous experience at a different salon (see my other reviews) had been. I explained i wanted to remove the old, poorly done dip and fake tip and that i wanted to have new ones done.
She listened and understood what I wanted. She took great care in my pedicure while she soaked my nails. When it came time to handle my horrible previously done nails, she did such an amazing job. My nails are beautiful, thin, no fake tips, strong and stunning. She took care to smooth edges around my cuticles and underneath.
The store was not as clean as it could have been, but they were consistently busy the entire time I was there, so I understand why, but it could have been cleaner. Because the store was busy, the tech handling my nails did have to split her attention towards the end, but she handled it pretty well.
Overall, I am so please with my dip manicure and pedicure. Seriously so happy with the quality of manicure and how my nails were handled.

I got these done maybe 9 days ago and all together four popped off..I am not rough on my hands, mind you. They were VERY poorly done and I was charged 50$ for them! My daughters 11th birthday was coming up and she wanted her nails done as well, it was her first time so we got this matching set. Tell me WHY THEY CHARGED me another 50 DOLLARS FOR AN 11 YEAR OLDS NAILS?! It wasn’t because of the length, hers are not long at all. There was no added rhinestones or designs, just plain black tips. They didn’t even tell us how much her nails would be until the end but I was shocked at the amount they just charged and with that being said, I shouldn’t be having ANY falling off yet. The tips are uneven, they’re just garbage. I’ll never go here again and I’m super disappointed with the entire experience. Don’t waste your money.
This is definitely the best mail place in town. Nobody else does nails as well - from shaping, to designs, nobody does nails as well as Xpo. They also have the largest selection of gel dip. And it LASTS so well and makes my nails so hard they don’t break! My daughter gets acrylics with the most amazing designs. She has also had lash extensions by Trish at Xpo as well. We also get regular gel pedicures here as well. Everyone here is so sweet. Managing any small business is always a challenge- keeping employees, not hiring too many because you don’t want to pay anyone off, but keeping staff up to keep up with demand… the last 3 years has been hard for this kind of industry. Xpo Nails has managed this business extremely well and has served clients through it all with excellence. True, you may have to wait sometimes - they are human and doing their best - the wait fluctuates the same as any other nail salon. But you won’t find a sweeter staff anywhere else and you definitely won’t get a better set of nails/dip/etc anywhere else. Thank you for taking great care of our family, Xpo Nails ????
As much as I love the kids chairs for my daughter it just isn’t worth it for me to return for my self. Nails were less than a week old and started to lift, went back to see if they could fix them and they only wanted to fix some, 2 days later the rest are coming off. Iv never had nails start to lift and actually pop off after one week. Will not return.
I always go here to get my nails done and I’m never disappointed! Loved how my nails turned out! I showed a picture and they did it exactly like it…turned out so good! Thank you ☺️
Unfortunately they re-use files, don't clean implements after each use and when you think they are using a bag in the pedicure bowls to keep you safe and clean, they pop a hole in it to allow the jets to move the water. They don't clean the jets which means they are not cleaning out the previous persons toenail clippings, toenail goo and cuticle cuttings. And in my case...my blood. They cut me pretty bad and just acted like it didn't happen. I highly suggest you do NOT go here. Unless of course you want someone else's nasty foot filing water on your feet ????

Very disappointing.
As mother of the bride, I took my daughter and three bridesmaids in with appointments made far in advance. We even verified the appointments in person a few days ahead of time. Altogether we had two manicures and two pedicures. The entire wedding party was done in 45 minutes. They were so rushed to get us through each one of the four of us felt they had hurt us in some way. My daughter, the bride, left with a manicure so quick and rough that her finger was literally bleeding. The bride’s manicure had lumps in it. What was supposed to be a very relaxing and enjoyable time of pampering ended up being very disappointing. It was the bride‘s very first manicure and it was not a pleasant experience.
As I sat there getting my nails done, the lady was snippy with me when I asked questions. I have had my nails done several times and I understand that generally you wash your hands in between stages etc. This did not occur. That’s when I realized that there was no licensing information above the nail centers. I did not see a license in the entire establishment. I then realized that they were reusing dirty utensils and files.
In a nutshell, I would not return to or recommend this nail salon.
