I felt welcome which is important to me, as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I proceeded to sign in and was immediately seated for my pedicure which they did a good job on. I was happy with my nails also. They were fast and friendly.
I have been coming here a few months now. But today I had the worst experience. I was waiting about 20 minutes which is okay because they were busy. But when I came in two of the nail techs were finishing up two client's nails. So two ladies walk in and a guy. I am still waiting, both nail techs when done with the previous clients begin servicing the three customers that walked in after me. So I just waited.I was wondering did they just forget about me.So I waited a few minutes more and decided to just leave since I was being overlooked. When I begin to walk out. One nail tech said wait a minute he will do your nails now. Speaking about the owner's son. So I turned back around. But when I sat down he said to me what is the rush if it's such a rush you should come back tomorrow. So at this point I was offended. I am thinking how rude of this guy. I have been sitting here now about 30 minutes I was skip by 3 customers.
I'm just wondering how am I supposed to feel at this point. What would any civilized person do. But leave if you see that your business is obviously not wanted. And by no means am I trying to play the race card but it is kind of funny that all customers were white and I'm a black women sitting there waiting and just being overlooked. I could have sworn that their establishment is a first come first serve establishment. Every time I come I'm always respectful to all of the techs always friendly. I always tip 20 % . I was very offended by my treatment today. Modern nails you have lost a faithful customer today.. Racism is ignorant and you should treat everybody the same no matter what skin complexion they are . The only black person in the shop might be your best customer. So be careful how you treat people.
I went on a Monday and was able to walk in and get serviced immediately. I got a pedi and mani. I also was able to enjoy my massage chair without talking. But it was cash only so I was searching purse for cash and not able to leave as much tip as I would have
Been xoming here now for 2 months since working in area always had great experiences, until 2 weeks ago when broke nail into the bed and had it glued in then the text took off another nail and just put acrylic on instead of another tip . Polished and my index finger was shorter . Now xome back and have been sitting in a chair waiting and they take 2 women rhwt come in after me with only 1 tech filling nails 2 doing pedi and then jumping on to polish after he fills . Yet all I needed was a fill and re polish and his wife walking round holding the baby standing over him watching him.whole time . My husband and I both come in . But after sitting until 12:48 I leave ..I will go else where having better service.
This is the only place I get my nails done. The staff is very friendly and Tony always does a great job on my nails. He listens to what I want or I can show him a picture of a design I want, and he’ll always make it identical to the picture. Ms snow is always nice and makes sure I’m taken care of, along with all the customers in the salon. I high recommend this salon for all your nail/pampering needs!!
Highly unsatisfied with my nails and toes; my pedicure was done so fast, and poorly performed- I left with dead skin still visible on my heels! And my nails were even worse! I get dip powder regularly, and this was the worst dip set I’ve received; nails breaking off after two days, no attention to detail, and a mess around my cuticles. My dip nails usually last 3-4 weeks and these didn’t even last me 2 days! Definitely will not be returning to this shop.
Snow always get me right. She is fast and professional. Love the way they work up there. 1 1/2 hours is not bad.
First of all,my pedicure was amazing! but pricey!! I had been in the chair at least, 20 minutes,no one spome or greeted me. As soon as the White lady came in and sat down, she was greeted with A smile,and hello!! I felt uncomfortable, and I didn't feel welcomed!!
