Quick Facts About Molly's Nails

Molly's Nails has both strengths and weaknesses, as indicated by the comments provided. This analysis will examine the various aspects of the salon to provide a comprehensive understanding of its strengths and weaknesses.
One strength of Molly's Nails is its availability. As mentioned in the comment, this place was the only one open late on a Saturday night. This suggests that the salon operates outside of regular business hours, providing convenience to customers who may need nail services at odd times. Additionally, some customers have expressed appreciation for the friendly staff, particularly mentioning Helen's good personality. This positive customer service experience contributes to the salon's strengths.
Another strength found in the comments is the use of colored acrylic instead of gel polish. One customer mentioned that after three weeks, their nails with colored acrylic had not broken or required a refill. This suggests that Molly's Nails may excel in providing long-lasting nail services using this method. Additionally, the customer was satisfied with the pricing, implying that the quality of the service justified the cost.
However, there are several weaknesses that customers have identified at Molly's Nails. Firstly, multiple customers have commented on the poor hygiene and cleanliness of the salon. One customer mentioned that the place did not seem sanitary, and another noted that it smelled like cigarettes inside. These comments raise concerns about the salon's cleanliness standards, which can significantly impact customer satisfaction and overall reputation.
Another weakness highlighted in the comments is the inconsistency in service quality. One customer had a great experience with a young male technician, while another customer had a terrible experience with an older male technician. The latter customer specifically mentioned the technician's poor English skills, difficulty in understanding the customer's requests, and the technician's inability to provide the desired nail service. This inconsistency in service quality, language barrier, and failure to meet customer expectations can be seen as significant weaknesses of Molly's Nails.
Furthermore, there were specific incidents mentioned in the comments that further reflect weaknesses in the salon's services. One customer mentioned receiving the wrong nail color and size of diamonds. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and a failure to accurately fulfill customer requests. In addition, one customer mentioned that their nails were done incorrectly, without an apex, and one nail broke shortly after leaving the salon. These incidents demonstrate a lack of skill and professionalism on the part of the technicians.
Another weakness identified in the comments is the issue of payment. One customer mentioned that cards were not accepted, forcing them to go to an ATM for cash. Another customer experienced an overcharge on their card, which created dissatisfaction and frustration. These incidents suggest that Molly's Nails may have limitations in terms of payment methods and accuracy in charging customers.
Lastly, the overall perception of the salon by some customers is negative. One customer described the salon as "ghetto" and indicated that it would be akin to a legitimate business if scamming were a profession. These strong negative assessments reflect poorly on the salon's reputation and may deter potential customers from visiting.
In conclusion, the strengths of Molly's Nails include availability outside regular business hours, friendly staff, and the use of long-lasting colored acrylic. However, weaknesses include poor hygiene and cleanliness, inconsistency in service quality and communication skills of technicians, failure to meet customer expectations, payment issues, and negative overall perceptions. It is essential for Molly's Nails to address these weaknesses effectively in order to improve its reputation and customer satisfaction.

Needed my nails done late Saturday night, and this was the only place open. Very nice people, but sloppy job with my gel manicure. Place did t seem sanitary either, and it smelled like cigarettes inside. It cost $30.
Two visits in. The first nail tech was a young man! The nails were amazing lasted for 2+ weeks. 2nd visit was a fill in almost a month later. First of all the technician was an older man. Very BAD English to the point where I was provided pricing for something I didn’t want even after clarifying twice. Cards were not accepted so I literally had to go to an ATM. Worst of all my nails have only been done for 1 weeks and the full nail is falling of. I paid 60$ for a full set with the first gentleman. I went back for a fill in and had 8 nails still on. I asked if he could soak my nails of the second time and do a full set he declined. My nails were pink before and I wanted white. He said he understood. Turns out he didn’t he had to get a notebook to draw out the shape I told him I wanted because he acted like he could not understand English at all. And I KNOW I speak well & clear. In the end he only offered me a fill in with pink and he did an awful job. Even if you want to save money.. Save your money and treat yourself the right way. I do my own designs so the first pic shows the designs i put on my nails. 2nd time I didn’t even want to waste my time designing them because I could feel that the set would not last, I got them done 09/02 it’s only 09/05. I do my own nails but sometimes i just want a break. WARNING THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. This place is the true definition of GHETTO. If scamming was a legit business it’d be named MOLLY’S NAILS
3 weeks ago I went to Molly's Nails to get 2 colors on my nails with gel polish but Winnie introduced me to colored acrylic that's longer lasting. After 3 weeks, no broken nails or refill yet. Totally worth the price.
I asked for light red nails and got hot red I asked for little diamonds I got big and medium
Me and my mother got our nails filled and redone there about 2 weeks ago and we love them ill show my nails in the pic
Helen has a good personality and I like to come to this location for pedicures and to get my eyebrows done. I just hate when you ask someone something you have to explain it to Helen who explains it to them although its understandable they are not from this country they have been here long enough to at least learn basic English. Other than there is no complaints
Me and my husband were looking for a place for pedicures and luckily were able to find Molly’s Nails on the google search. This place was awesome! Extremely friendly people and the best service! Not only were the pedicures wonderful but the massages they gave with them were top notch! We are not residents of the GA state but when I come to visit my husband, who works in GA, we will certainly be returning to Molly’s Nails. I think my husband may be returning sooner than my next visit though ???? 5 stars to this place for sure!
They did my nails wrong they were without and apex! One broke minutes after me leaving. They also charge my card for $125 for my $60 set and I was beyond mad. They are also very rude.
