Daughter placed order as a birthday treat well what can I say but very disappointing. Order arrived , the waffles where cold and didn’t look very appetising.
Ordered food on the just eat app food was never delivered. Called the restaurant they were adamant they had. Either don't order using the app or don't order at all :/

Got a banana milkshake and it was good. Daughter got an ice cream with melted chocolate and she said it was nice. You can park outside this place and have a nice little walk around the marina
Worst place ever milkshakes are like water, and they cover everything in cheep cream even though ice cream shouldn't come with it unless asked for would give minus stars if possible, I'd rather walk to Manchester and talk to a crack head all night then order from here again. Cant belive people have said it's ok have they never tasted milkshakes in their lives before. My 5 year old nephew could make better with a tub of ice cream and a bottle of milk.

I ordered food on Uber eats at 9:15 and was given an expected time of 9:25-9:35 which was soon changed too 9:50-10:10 which I didn’t mind however the time got to 10:30 and still no sign? I tried calling the restaurant but the phone was off, why would the phone not be on in a place where people pay for there service! The restaurant shut at 11 and I still hadn’t had any updates or no answered phone calls, when the food arrived at 11:20 the driver didn’t offer an apology or an explanation he just handed the food and walked away and banged on the door with no respect of the time which isn’t acceptable after paying £35 and waiting 2 hours! When I got to the food it was all cold and chips were soggy and drinks were melted. It was honestly ridiculous, they could have at least added a note to say sorry, or even a freebie but nothing which shows lack of customer service, clearly do not have high standards! I would like to hear from the manager for an explanation for my order and how this issue can be solved.
