Nail For You

I went to this place today. The customer service was horrible. I had dip powder on my nails from a previous nail salon visit. Usually with dip powder it’s soaked and filed off in order for a new service to take place. This lady proceeds to clip my natural nails then takes an acrylic nail under it to remove the dip powder off. Well long story short 2 of my nails were broke and another one ripped at the nail bed. I told her it was hurting when she was doing it and she still kept going like what I said didn’t matter. Granted my nails look decent now, however, I will not be visiting because she broke some of my nails and basically had to “build them” back. She goes to say “oh I build your nails back” and I’m looking like I know you will because YOU BROKE THEM. My cuticles were not pushed nor did I receive any cuticle oil. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Stay away, stay away, stay away! My friend came to town from Colorado to spend New Years with me. We decided To go get manicures and pedicures before our New Year’s celebration! First off, the lady that we spoke to was rude! when we were looking at color samples to decide what colors we wanted she basically told us not to look at the colored nails but go look at the actual polish. When we ask about clear polish she said she had no idea how it would look but it was my friends hand and if that’s what she wanted that’s what she would do. She also told my friend that she did not have time for picky people. When she was doing my full set gel nails she cut them and when I ask her to cut them shorter she said,“ why men don’t like short nails man like long nails“ when I told her that I liked my nails just above my fingertips she looked at me and said“ you’re the boss“. They did not use a brush to brush off the dust from filing and things like that she basically told us to shake our hands off. She also did not have us go over and wash our hands at all she basically painted right over the dust that was left on our fingers from the filing. The ladies at the pedicure stations where we were sitting kept telling me that I needed to not get the basic pedicure but that my heels were so bad that I needed to get the more expensive pedicure so that they could do my heels. When I said no I would like just the basic pedicure they talks amongst themselves clearly about me. And then funny thing is she filed my heels anyway. Once we left the salon we went into a couple of stores and my friend noticed that on the sides of her fingers you could still see the dark brown color that was left on her nails from the polish she had before . I told her, we have to go back they have to fix this or they need to give you your money back. (it honestly looked like she had eaten chocolate that had melted on her hands and was stuck in her fingernails) And when we went back into the salon we spoke with a man to tell him what had happened, and the lady saw us and heard us and jumped up leaving the person that she was working on and came over and said” I fix it I fix it.” Unfortunately, her idea of “fixing it” Was that she took a file and literally filed the side of her nail until all the brown was gone from the three or four fingers that you could see the brown on basically just filing her fingernail away on that side. It was the worst experience for my friend and I is that we have ever had at a nail salon. I am embarrassed that my friend paid $65 for her fingers and toes to look this bad!!! I don’t know if the employees work in the same station all the time or not but the lady who did such a horrible job on our fingers and had such a bad attitude is the lady who sits at the very first table when you walk in behind the cash register. Kind of long dark hair…

I’m from Georgia here in Huntsville for work, and I decided to stop here Eric did a great job on my nails. I had my own acrylic, and he didn’t turn me away. He actually made my acrylic better and stronger. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my nails and will be returning soon.

Eric is my go-to nail guy. I've been coming to him for 3 or 4 yrs. He's the only one I let do my nails. I always love my nails unless I pick a color I didn't like or something, that's on me tho. Sometimes I like to get my eyebrows waxed here. They always do a good job of following the shape that I've created. They always look nice I've never been disappointed.

Nail technician rushed in doing my nails.. Do not like the white the nail technician used and what ever powder she used she used to much of it. So now some nails are thick while others are thin.. and my nails are not the same length some are longer then the others while the others are short.. Definitely it worth the $45 I paid for it.. Definitely will not be back!!

I was rushing as I had to travel the next day and they were the only people open. Honestly I regreted it later doing my nails with them... I wanted coffin design they did square. I wanted nude and white with glitter and they told me it wont look good so did coral. I also wanted acrylic and they did deep. Yet at the end they kept asking me if I loved it. (What was there to love???)

The nails lasted me 2 weeks tops and were all fallen. The right hand were short than left hand. It was a waste of my time and money and I will never go here ever again. I regret each day!

Lady went way too fast and made them way to thick. It looks like it’s just sitting on top of my nails (my one pinky)And the paint job was awful. The gel has bubbles in them. They were are all different lengths. I basically had to go home and reshape them myself. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Paid $45 for this…

Still my go-to. But feel like it has grown a bit expensive and every single detail you want on your nails seems to charge extra....

However, my nails always look flawless by the time Eric is finished, and I have had one set last me over 2 months before ????????
