I came to get a full set, eyebrow tint, and lashes. As I was getting my nails done I started a conversation with the tech. I told him that I was referred by a friend I was new to the area, she told me this was a good place. His reply was everyone get treated the same . I’m like oh ok . I was like I’m not trying to get a deal I was just telling you what a customer said nice about your salon. While getting my nails done he was yanking my hand and acting irritated. Just a bad experience completely. Then I had to ask him to apply more acrylic to my nails because they were so thin, my pinky nail was flying upward, so i just told him nicely I’m good on the other services.I wouldn’t recommend this salon to up tight for me. And just for this set it was 45 cause I asked him to add more acrylic because the were so thin.

I have been coming to this shop since I was a teen. They treat you like family and give you the best overall services. The shop is conveniently located by the highway and has great hours of operation. There is no style they can’t do and the prices are great!!

I was referred to this establishment by a friend, so I didn’t mind waiting an hour for the service because I’d seen their work. I signed in and listed the service I wanted. However, after all that time I was told “I don’t feel comfortable doing your lashes” because I am a man and her “body would be all over my body.” While I am no stranger to this type of treatment, it is always hurtful, and even after explaining that I had no interest in her in that way, she still refused. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service here and their unwillingness to perform this service for me. I waited an HOUR and left with nothing.

I have been coming to nail secrets for over 5 years for lashes , eyebrows and nails. The service is always prompt, pleasant and satisfying. I always leave feeling pretty which is the goal.

I've been coming to this business since 2017 and I love the way MiMi does my lashes. Today I go and get the same length same everything. This 1 time that I tell her that one looked different she tells me that I hurt her feelings and that I can go somewhere else to get them done. I said out of 5yrs of you doing them this 1 time that I disagree you tell me I can go somewhere else. That's fine you just lost a LOYAL CUSTOMER.

I was on the fence about coming to this nail salon because of the reviews but I’m glad I actually did. Customer service was awesome! My pedicure was absolutely amazing. I like the fact that kids under 10 are not allowed. It’s peaceful. No kids crying and running around. Definitely appreciate that. Definitely will be a regular customer.
