Quick Facts About Nail Sense
Nail Sense Place is a nail salon that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise its professionalism, friendly staff, and excellent job, others have had negative experiences with the quality of service and pricing. It is important to consider both the strengths and weaknesses of Nail Sense Place based on the comments provided.
One of the strengths mentioned in the comments is the professionalism of the salon. Several customers mention the professionalism of the staff, highlighting that they were greeted warmly and treated with respect. This suggests that the salon prioritizes customer service and creates a welcoming environment for its clients. Another strength mentioned is the quality of the manicures and pedicures. Customers have praised the skill of the technicians and their ability to deliver exceptional results. This indicates that Nail Sense Place has a talented and skilled team that can meet the expectations of clients.
The fact that Nail Sense Place is open seven days a week is also seen as a strength by some customers. This provides convenience and flexibility for clients who may have busy schedules and need flexibility in terms of appointment times. Additionally, the range of colors and stones available for nail art is mentioned as a strength. This suggests that Nail Sense Place offers a wide variety of options to its clients, allowing them to personalize their nail services and choose from a range of trendy and stylish designs.
However, despite these strengths, there are also several weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One of the major weaknesses is the inconsistency in the quality of service. While some customers had positive experiences, others had negative experiences with their nail technicians. Complaints include the improper application of acrylic nails, uneven filing, and rushed service. These negative experiences indicate that there may be inconsistency in the training and skills of the nail technicians, which can result in subpar service for some clients.
Another weakness mentioned is the issue of pricing. Some customers feel that Nail Sense Place is overpriced compared to other nail salons in the area. This can be a deterrent for potential customers who are looking for more affordable options. Additionally, one customer mentioned that the salon tried to charge an additional tip even after the service was already paid for. This raises concerns about transparency and integrity in the pricing and payment practices of Nail Sense Place.
Another weakness mentioned is the use of reused materials. One customer noticed that the plastic wrap used for their pedicure had been previously used, causing concerns about hygiene and sanitation practices. This suggests a lack of attention to cleanliness and may raise concerns for customers who prioritize hygiene.
In summary, Nail Sense Place has strengths in its professionalism, friendly staff, and quality of manicures and pedicures. The salon also offers a wide range of colors and stones for nail art. However, weaknesses include inconsistency in service quality, pricing concerns, and potential lapses in hygiene practices. It is important for potential customers to consider these strengths and weaknesses when deciding whether to visit Nail Sense Place.
Best TL Reviews
Very professional. Love this place ❤️ I came with my mom and mother in-law we walked in without appointment so we were asked to come back and when we did technician where ready for us, took us right in. All the girls are very friendly and did an excellent job. I got gel manicure and pedicure and mom’s got regular mani pedi we all loved it. Owner did my nails I couldn’t stop staring at it. I took so many pictures of my nails and the one I posted here is a week old picture and it still looks fresh… best thing they are open 7 day.. found my Nails place, coming back for sure. I would highly recommend.
The woman (Joanne) who did my acrylic nails did not know how to do acrylics at all. When she started, it looked as those she did not know how to use the brush, hold it or apply the acrylic to the nail. The acrylic was falling off the brush and the application just did not go as she intended. At one point it felt like she was trying to be stingy with how much powder she put on my nails. Those of us who get acrylic with tips know how hard the nail should feel when the acrylic is solidified. Has your nail ever felt bendy? No. Because it shouldn’t. On top of that I could see parts of my real nail not covered in powder. I corrected her multiple times, but it still didn’t feel like she did it right. Toward the end, I felt as though she was rushing to get the job done so she can leave because the store was coming to a closing. Some finger nails are bulkier than others, the way it was filed the acrylic (with a hand file not electric) was uneven, and the polish was not correctly applied. Overall my experience with this one person was so terrible that I feel as though the whole place just turned me off, I will not be returning. I felt as those it was a waste of money and time. If you didn’t want to do my nails that would’ve been better than doing a rush job (Acrylic with tips is $55). I was trying to do something different and find a new nail salon. I should have just stuck with my original location. That was my own fault. This was a disappointing experience for sure.
My boyfriend and I had young do our gel manicures, and she did not disappoint!!! We came without an appointment and even though we were her last clients of the day, she didn’t rush either of us. She was very kind and we had a great conversation. All that and she also did a great job
When I got a pedicure, they reused the plastic wrap from a prior client for my feet. I had a feeling it was used as there was some water in it. I spoke up asking the male worker who wears nail polish and he denied saying it’s new. Then when a male client came in, I saw him put out a new plastic wrap for his pedicure. Then, while getting my nails done, the worker was saying, “how can you work with your nails looking like that?” Ever since, I have stopped going here. Not worth it.
I wouldn’t ever come back here. They are very nice, but less than a week after getting my nails done 2 of my nails came right off. The job itself was uneven and lumpy as well. I’m very disappointed because I paid $85. Don’t recommend at all.
I had my pedicure done in nail sense last Saturday and the lady who done my pedicure was too lazy and she didnot cut my nails properly. I was with my grandma with me and had gel manicure and regular pedicure. They charged us $88. They are overpriced than other nail shops. For a regular pedicure the shopowner only charge $15-20. They are not professional workers.
My sister took my 7yr old daughter there for a manicure and pedicure. They charged 50 dollars and the lady ask for more tip when my sister gave 10 dollars. The nails didn’t even look good afterwards. Don’t recommend and there are better options.
Nail sense has many different choices of colors & stones !! It’s definitely my go to nail salon (one of my favorite!!!) Employees are very kind and professional! Very clean and also it is a best place to relax. I also got my lips & eyebrows done today and i love it. !
