It was the best ever!

The place was clean and cute and the workers were very nice:) I got the White colors with extension and she has done a great job! My nails look so neat and classic. (It is for my winter formal) Also, the aftercare felt good too. People there make me feel comfortable and taken care. It makes me feel getting pretty too. You won’t regret!

This place used to be so nice when it first opened up, now they over book and are difficult to get an appointment with. The lady who did my dip cut my skin around my cuticles on three nails and then My dip cracked on two nails after a week which is unheard of in the dip world.when I went back to get it fixed they told me they didn’t have time bc there was one girl doing the dips. Definitely not worth your money or time. Bad customer service

Love this salon. I have had several bad experiences with gel manicures elsewhere and will only go to Nail Story to have my manicures done. They are professional and focused on details. Plus, they will help you pick the right color if you get overwhelmed by all of the nail color options (like I do!).

I love getting my toes done here but they always act busy even if no customers are present. They never pick up the phone and you have to walk in most times just to schedule an appointment. They don’t take walkins often. Essie Long Lasting polish is legit, try it!

I went for the first time recently and loved it! Sammie gave me an amazing pedicure and a foot massage with hot stones that almost put me to sleep. She also threw in a back massage. It was so relaxing, clean, and everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend!

I went to Nail Story on the recommendation of a friend, she said they are pricey so you decide. I have decided and I think this is the best nail salon I have been too. The services are more expensive than most salons but it is worth it. They are busy all the time, so an appointment is needed. I have always been seen on time and have not been rushed.
