Mr Jimmy and Becky are amazing. I highly recommend this place for nails. My acrylic nails are always perfect and my toes come out amazing. I recommend the spa pedicure option which is slightly more expensive but it is so worth it.

I came here a couple days ago with my mom. This is our first time here and the gentleman who did my nails seemed so bothered that we walked in. Didn’t even care to take out his AirPod. My nails look horrible. My mother and I didn’t feel welcome at all. He didn’t talk to either of us. He seemed more interested in the two customers who came in half way through my session with this gentleman. Never again will I come to this Nail salon
I just went to this place today for the first time. I am not one to get manicure and pedicure. Today I made myself go and after visiting three places I ended up giving this place a chance. I wanted a regular manicure and pedicure, and was assigned someone random. I was sitting beside a lady who was getting her manicure and it looked like the person doing it was doing a great job. After having my hands in warm water and cutting a little of the cuticle, when I saw the man was going to start painting my nails, I told him I needed him to cut my nails. He said they were short already, but I told him that's what I wanted. I guess that when he started painting my nails and saw that he did not soften or cut the sides of my nails (I pick on them), I asked him if he was going to leave them like that. He scoffed and said yes. I felt livid and was trying to get the person in charge to explain to me what I was paying for. When I guess he was done because he told me to go dry my nails, I was ready to leave. I went to the front desk and asked if the manicure only included painting my nails and not making my hands look softer. I showed him my rough sides. He apologized, called the guy and they both spoke in another language. After that he said that the person who did my nails would fix them. At that point I was so upset I wanted to leave already. I told Lorena (the girl who did the manicure for the girl sitting next to me) that I didn't want to be difficult but I was not happy with my hands, and wanted to know if my feet were going to be the same. I showed her my hands and said that I could paint my nails because otherwise my hand looked the same as it was. She said that maybe the front desk (manager) could approve that I have them redone. I guess he didn't because I didn't get them re done. When she was almost done with my feet (she was really good), the guy who did my nails came with a cuticle copper, cut one little rough side of my left thumb and that was it. I feel embarrassed and made fun of. I do not recommend this place. They do not do a good job and they are rude, except for Lorena.
First time getting a pedicure and they really do a fine job. My feet never felt so good. The staff is friendly and courteous
Only place I get my nails done. Appointments come first so be sure to reserve your time and your wait will be short or none at all. They have a lot of color options on both regular and gel. Owners are so sweet and nail techs are awesome too. I highly recommend Tom and Natalie. Thankful to have found a GOOD nail place.
I did my gel nails with dip and after 2 days the gel had fallen off and to top it off the dip broke. and they charged me $90.bad !
I have NEVER been to a salon like this before let me tell you why.....
First let me start off by saying the energy in the salon was amazing very peaceful and clean! These people treat you so well you literally want to get every service they have to offer.
Me and my Bestfriend walk in the salon and immediately The best customers service starts. We were offered water throughout our whole salon experience they even opened the water bottles for us. Amazed yet?... Okay keep reading. A young girl gets started on my pedicure at the same time my hands were getting SOAKED off! My one of my fingers I was so afraid to get my nails taken off because I had broken it the lady took my nail off so swiftly but used a verrryyyyy gentle touch ! I was shook 5 starts already! The lady quoted to the young lady that was doing my pedicure that “If you love the customer the customer will love you “ just that right there I can tell that they want the customer to be happy. During the services my best friend told me that she felt like a baby like every step of the way the nail techs were being attentive and satisfying every need. I could keep going on and on but shout out to you guys thank you so much for the amazing pedicure fill set and waxing ! See you in 2 weeks ♥️
