I am beyond excited to have another nail salon providing such fabulous talents. It's nice to see some familiar faces from Oscar Nails. The crew always accommodates their guests and their wishes. Although the wait may be long sometimes, it's well worth the money! Keep up the good work!!!
None of them are the same length. The one with design is the worst! Was part of a group getting nails for my sisters wedding. 2 that got French tips on natural nails came off within a day. Polish was already coming off the gel nails to within 4 days.
They charged all 8 of us more then the prices we saw when we walked in, 2 employees laughed at one of the girls for leaving partial tip in quarters…
Wow! 10 stars nails club! I haven’t been there In a while but I had to follow my favorite nail techs, Tom and his wife ☺️The inside is completely redone ! Painted, new seats and set ups. It’s so clean and relaxing in there ! And of course my nails came out flawless ! Well done Nails Club!
The new improvements are nice, however the service and energy leave allot to be desired. During our entire pedicure the manicurists did not even attempt to make eye contact let alone conversation. They Talked to each other the entire time in another language. Which is Just universally rude since they both spoke English as well. I told you It was my husbands birthday and you couldn’t even pretend to enjoy your job.
Horrible customer service and time management. My mother had an appointment and was waiting 45mins to get dip on her natural nails. They had her soaking to get the dip off for most of the 45 minutes then they burned half of her nails with the drill… and then put her fingers back in the remover! Multiple people came in as walk ins and they were getting acrylic and we’re getting more service then she was before her! Then when someone finally came over who was the OWNER or “works under her” She said she wanted to pay and leave. They then made fun of her, we’re very rude, and yelling. making a whole show of her crying. She cries when she gets frustrated and anxious. Getting her nails done is the only thing she really does for herself! She always home working! And for that to happen ruined her whole day and confidence. They also banned her as if she would want to come back.
Very nice customer service, great listening staff. However the nails are a little splotchy, not enough to look bad though. Matched the reference photo very well. Nail techs really liked them and asked to take photos.
Helen and Tom have been so amazing with their service and professionalism. They clearly communicate price changes and services offered at nail club. I highly recommend them. They are beyond amazing with the quality of work and talent they provide to this nail salon. They not only make you feel important, but the level of care put into their work is absolutely astonishing. This is a place where quality over quantity matters!
Excellent service! Always courteous, professional, and I always leave happy with the results! Helen has even encouraged me to branch out & try new colors! I highly recommend!!
