These comments imply a lack of consistency and attention to detail in the nail services. 2. Incorrect interpretation of customer requests: Multiple customers mentioned that their requests were not accurately fulfilled. Examples include receiving clear polish instead of the requested colored French tips and leaving remnants of previous nail color underneath. Inconsistent durability: Some customers mentioned that their nail enhancements or manicures did not last as long as expected. Nails were reported to fall off or chip prematurely, requiring frequent touch-ups or redoing. This indicates a lack of durability in the services provided at Nailtique Studio.
In conclusion, while Nailtique Studio has strengths such as efficient service, reasonable prices, a large color palette, and friendly staff, it also has weaknesses related to inconsistent quality, misinterpretation of customer requests, damaging nail treatments, communication issues, and inconsistent durability. These weaknesses highlight areas where improvements could be made to enhance the overall customer experience at Nailtique Studio.

Best TL Reviews

I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I went here for the first time yesterday. I was greeted and sat quickly. I picked out gel colors and when applied, they were very light, not as dark as the samples you pick your color from. A lot of uneven noticeable paint on nails and my skin. My nails were barely filed and not very much acrylic was applied. Needless to say, I paid 70 dollars to be disappointed and will now need to go elsewhere to get them redone.
AN ACTUAL NIGHTMARE. SAVE YOUR NAILS, WALLET AND MENTAL HEALTH. I went here twice, horrible quality both times. After the second time, my nails were bending off after a few days!!! I also asked for French Tips, with color instead of white, and both times they used clear polish and left remains of the color from the previous time underneath. My friend went with me too, and got charged $90 for the black nails I added below. The 1st picture is what she asked for, the 2nd is what she got.
BUT WAIT, that is not the worst part….
I went somewhere else to get a fill, and the new nail place said they have never seen what Nailtique had done before and Nailtque RUINED my nails so much I wasn’t able to get a fill without my real nails falling off. So, I had to get dip instead to save what was left of my nails. The 3rd picture is what happened to my nails thanks to Nailtique. Still in shock.
First time going to the nail salon my sister made us an appointment for mani and pedis. We were quickly greeted and asked to pick out a color and before you knew it was in a chair. Great service would definitely go back again.
I have been getting my nails done at modern nails for years ever since I started pampering myself. The only place I have been to until my car broke down a year ago and it was hard finding rides. So I discovered the Nailtique salon. At first I was blown away by all the colors. Their color palette is phenomenal. And it was on the bus run so that worked better for me. I've been going to them for the past 2 months. And I'm on the fence. They are really nice people and I can sense the passion for what they do but in these 2 months I've had to get my nails done at least 3-4 times by now. Mainly every 2 week pay check. Because I've had nails fall off and couldn't last a full two weeks. Normally I could go 3 weeks without tending to them and I only do that because they would grow out too much. Never had a problem with a nail popping off. I am not financially stable enough to get them done as often so unfortunately I will have to stop going there.
They have so many staff that they are able to be very efficient and their prices are so reasonable! Paid $105 for 2 sets of toes and 1 set of fingers to be painted with gel, about $35 for each set! Not bad at all. Really cute studio and tons of parking. The staff are all so nice and helpful!
Called for repair and redo to be done, since it was less than a week after getting DIP powder, and they chipped and lifted already.
I explained this to the person answering the phone that day, was told to come in at 12.
I came in, announced and introduced myself as the caller from an hour ago, about the repair and redo, was told to sign in, wash my hands and was seated. Someone started to take the DIP off with their drill, then laid acetone and foil. After that I was moved to another chair and the session began.
I go to leave and get prompted to pay, when I reiterate why I came in, who did them less than a week ago, and that I said this on the phone.
The manager comes over and begins to Yell and berate me advising, ‘Your nails are done, you have to pay!” I told her and her team I called in, explained why I needed to come and announced it when I came in the door.
She continues to yell, and question me; “Well why didn’t you say it again!?” “Why didn’t you pull your hand away!?” ….. She finally asks her people who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment and naturally, like a bunch of children, no one did….All of those questions were answered by reiterating and yet again repeating myself. I had to tell her this is a communication breakdown between her staff and how things are ran. It is not MY job to come in and tell her entire staff multiple times what they’re supposed to do, especially if this is still my 1st time, and I’m just following orders at this point.
I came in for the first time not even a week ago, and my nails are already messed up, and based on the management and her staff’s crude, tacky, unprofessionalism, I will never come back.
The prices are all over the place to begin with, and are way too high for numerous people to not know how to do ONE basic service. I have personally had this specific DIP service done for nearly a decade, and have never had this terrible of service.
Called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they had any available appointments ( had tried 2 salons that day before calling). They took me at 1. Super fast, friendly & my nails looked magazine perfect! A smidge higher in price than I’m used to paying, but for the quality, I didn’t mind.
I am not one for fancy designs on my nails but I AM one for good nail shape & Mary is the most consistent nail tech I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been seeing her regularly for a few years now so this review is long overdue. Thank you Mary for all you do!!! <3
