My mother came in for a facial hair waxing and was left scarred. After the wax she got burnt near her lip leaving a nasty scar on her face. These people are not professionals and will leave burn marks on your face.
Went into this business to ask about henna coloring. I try to talk to one of the ladies there. She was very rude. I wanted to purchase henna hair dye products & ingredients. She asked if I would like to have it applied. I stated no, I would apply it myself. I have dreads so I trust no one. Only myself. She stated "NOSALE"clearly

Not at all recommended this place. Went for haircut and old lady took very long time to do my hair done and at the time of doing haircut she continues to talking with other customers. I ask her to trim my hairs and she literally cut off half of my hair - which is very disappointing and even asking for cash not card payment and pushing for tip tip tip
I went downstairs and they told me to go upstairs. The lady at the counter is a swindler talks fast and lies about the prices first and when it's time for you to pay she charged us $20 more. And kept asking/begging for a tip. We wanted to tip the girl in cash but and the counter lady took the tip and kept in her pocket. I'm never going back because of the counter lady.
This review for upstairs salon. I have a very bad experience here today. I never want to go back here . One Indian young lady did my facial cleanup. She put my steam and went somewhere for several hours, that steam was so hot, feels like burn my face for long time. She is very irresponsible lady. She is working there only. The owner asked me for tips. I said I don't want to give tips, I don't have enough cash. She said , you have to give tips. After I returned home, I went to see their review and saw all negative reviews, that's why they don't have many customers now a days. Their behavior is not welcoming. At first I went downstairs salon, they said they are busy,send me upstairs.
I go here for eyebrow threading. Always a great job, always nice people working. It's the kind of place that when you walk in they acknowledge you right away and remember you from the last time you went there, even if it was months prior. $7 for eyebrow threading is an incredible deal..but...shhhhh don't tell them or they may raise the price lol. Highly recommend this business!
The lady was an absolute a**hole and was talking down on me in her another language not knowing that I knew what she was saying. Please take your money somewhere else. P.S. The lady has reddish-brown hair and wears glasses and and works downstairs.
I highly recommend! I am extremely picky about my eyebrows, and I left extremely satisfied with their work! I don’t have a high pain tolerance but am used to having my eyebrows threaded and it was not painful. Not to mention great prices! My service was $7 and I tipped as well. I am so glad I decided to give this place a chance! I will be coming back frequently ???? pictures are immediately before and after my service!
