I've been coming to Ritz Nails for a little over two years now and Let me tell you that Megan and Lilly are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! If I can't get an appointment with them- I would rather walk around with a broken nail and ugly toes. They are the only two ladies that have always over exceeded my expectations. They are kind, gentle and truly know the meaning of customer service. Megan is the queen of pedicures and massages and Lilly is the queen of manicures, acrylics and Gel-X. 10/10 I recommend.
Lynn is great for pedicure and My-Lee for manicure. Both paid great attention to detail and made my nails look fabulous
For chrome mani ($42) and regular pedi ($22), total was $64 not including tip.
I didnt even end up getting my nails done here so I will give 2 stars instead of one because they could be great at doing nails. I'll never know.
I broke my thumb nail at work and called the nearest nail salon so I could fix it on my lunch break- as I won't be able to make it to my usual nail salon for a few days.
I called ahead and asked if they have Gel X nails.
They said yes so I drove over. I arrived at 11:45. And from 11:45 till 12:05 I waited while 2 people were helped ahead of me.
Not usually an issue as they could've had an appointment. - but 2 employees helped one customer.
So 3 customers waiting- but one of them gets two employees and the other gets none. Weird but whatever
Then I picked my nail color and had 2 employees comment on my long nails.
Continued to wait- while watching an employee sit down and begin to file their own nails?!?!?!?!
Then finally after waiting for way more than the amount of time it would've taken to just fix my nail- it turns out they don't even have the type of nails I called and asked about?!?!
I wasn't able to fix my nail on my lunch break.
And it could've been solved multiple times.
They could've checked when I called
They could've checked when they noticed my extra-long nails.
They could've checked when I sat down and picked my color.
Also it's VERY unprofessional for an employee to begin working on their own nails in front of a paying customer who hasn't been helped yet..
Bizarre. Definitely won't be back here.
Love this place! They took us close to closing and gave exceptional service. Always love my nails after I come here.
Gel pedicure - 4 stars, Gel Poly Fill mani - 3 stars. Overall 3.5 stars. Pedi was good, slightly overpriced compared to other spots just as good. Definitely not pleased with the mani however, waaaaaayy too thick and unnatural looking.
